+ 0 moreMy roof was over 30 years old and needed replaced. Roberto came out, looked at my roof and some recommendations. He pointed out that my gutters needed replaced and my chimney needed repaired. His crew came out and had the entire job done in three days. They did a great job and a great clean-up. Everyone was polite and professional.

He came and looked at my roof the same day I called, provided a reason able and timely quote, fit my project into his busy schedule and came earlier than anticipated to do the work. Excellent workers, cleaned up site, and helped with an extra project! I will definitely call Roberto for my next project.

+ 1 moreCrew was personable and professional. Job was completed in one day. Inspected old roofing, replaced shingels, underpayment, flashing and sealant. Installed vents and capping. Fixed gutter shields And repaired and repainted T-11 on chimney, ( no charge). They cleaned everything up, went over all work, before and after pictures, left me feeling very satisfied. I'd hire them again.

+ -1 moreOverall the roof install went well. Due to a scheduling conflict the install was done while I was not at home, and 9/10ths of the installation went as planned. Due to a miscommunication, the ridge vent was not installed at the time of replacement. However, R Max Construction was incredibly responsive to this oversight. The right vent was installed the very next day, and Roberto personally oversaw its completion. A credit was even given on the total cost of the project for the mistake. At the end of the day, it was R Max Construction's response to the mistake that really set them apart from other contractors. Their cooperation and accountability are top notch.
Description of Work: Replaced the existing roof down to the sheeting, installed new underlayment, ice shield, shingles, ridge vent and flashing.

+ -1 moreHe fixed a lot of errors that were made by the original builder and roofer. Replaced 5 pieces of rotted wood, b/c ice shield was never installed Took photos to show us the damage, and had Excellent communication the entire process, so we knew exactly what was happening and why he was doing what he was doing and allowed us to make educated decisions for extra work that needed to be done (ie replaced rotted wood) He did excellent work and would definately recommend him to anyone needing roof work
Description of Work: Installed a new roof, including Remove old shingles Install new 30 yr. dimensional shingles – TAMKO – (color to be determined) Install ridge cap New drip edge on sides of house only Install ice shield 47 ft. in front and 47 ft. in back, and also in valleys Install synthetic underlayment Install 63 ft. of ridge vent Install 2 box vents Install 3 boot pipes Clean gutters Debris clean-up Any rotten wood there may be is not included in the contract price. If there is any that needs replaced, Contractor will notify Owner before proceeding. He provided 3 quote options (1) patch work 2) replace bottom shingle and place ice shield 3) entire roof. We thought the entire roof replacement made more sense, and once we saw all the problems, are glad we went with this option
