This company would be my first , go to , company if I ever needed service in the future. The providers were very prompt and professional during the service call . They immediately put shoe covers on their shoes upon entering the house... I find this procedure to be high on the list of a professional company--- caring about the clients home as they would for their own. The outcome of the service call was a positive one and gave me and my family a feeling to know that our home was safe . I am pleased to send this positive review and hope that others will call this company if they need this type of service. With so many choices , when needing service, Servpro is a great company.

We highly valued his quick responsiveness and attention to an aggravating situation. Description of Work: ServPro of Southern Butler County performed mold remediation services for us recently. Everything about this company (owned by Tom Minnock) was a great experience. On his initial evaluation, Tom showed up 10 minutes early and provided a realistic assessment of the nature and scope of our problem and his method for remediating a problem that has grown over a 25-year period. Prior to mold spraying, Tom installed fans and a dehumidifier that dried out crawlspace air. He kept in touch with me by cell telephone prior to and during his spraying. I appreciated his keeping in touch with me.
