Description of Work: We purchased carpet, hardwood floor, ceramic tile and carpet runners from Pro Source.The quality of the products was very good and the installations were extremely well done. Pricing is a bit higher than big box stores. While shopping there on more than one occasion, the salesman made us wait repeatedly while he talked with other non-customers and associates, to the point where we almost walked out. They were slow to respond to telephone inquiries and it took an inordinate amount of time for product to come in. The salesman failed to order some of the ceramic tile, and could not remember what specific tile we wanted when we inquired about the delay. When the product arrived we had to wait awhile longer for it to be installed. Therefore. good product poor service.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS NOT A WHOLESALER. THIS WAS THE HIGHEST QUOTE I RECEIVED FOR THEIR KEMPER LINE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD CABINETRY. I CHECKED OUT HIGH END BOUTIQUE KITCHEN SUPPLIERS KAHLE ALMOST CUSTOM CABINETS and Quality Cabinetry. SMALL BUSINESS KITCHEN SUPPLIERS SHILOH HIGHER END CABINETS. LUMBER YARD KRAFTMAID CABINETS. Wholesalers for Kraftmaid, Shiloh, Mid-Continent, Wellbourne, and Waypoint. When I questioned them about their prices, I was told that they typically discount 10 to 15 percent of MSRP. That is not a wholesaler. After much research and reading many blogs, I gathered that markup on cabinetry is huge approx 70 percent or more. Wholesalers typically discount 50 percent or more off MSRP. Beware Home Depot and Lowes charge MSRP. BTW they moved to a Leonberg Rd address in Cranberry. Also, I once purchased carpeting from them before. Prices have substantially gone up for their flooring. I haven't researched flooring yet, but looking at their prices I don't think their flooring pricing would qualify as wholesale either. In the end, the second highest quote was from the high end Kahle Cabinets at 34000 beautiful high quality high end cabinets. I chose Shiloh from a wholesaler. A high end mid level cabinet with all the bells and whistles. I paid low 20's. Do your research, shop around, read the blogs. This is a big purchase for most of us.
