Description of Work: My AC unit was struggling to keep the house cool. I used Platek on my furnace service in the past and now I needed AC service. Once again, quick response, on time as promised, and HONEST. I am a bit embarrassed that my issue was due to a simple maintenance issue with changing my filter (and both I am my husband are engineers) which resulted in the AC coils freezing up. Tony came in, identified the problem and then as long as was already here on a house call, did a routine maintenance. He is the real deal. Simply a great contractor with integrity that you can trust!

+ -1 moreTony, came the same day we called. Initially diagnosed as a bad motor but then found a bad intermittent circuit board. He went back to his shop, retrieved the part and finished the install. Honest, professional, and very competent. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for service or purchase of new system (our current system is 15 years old).
