+ 0 moreIn addition to my office, they have installed carpeting and ceramic tile in my home. When I first used Parracca in 2002 in my home to remove vinyl flooring and ceramic tile, I priced against two other vendors. One vendor is known for having the "best price". Not only was Parracca's pricing the best - they did the job correctly - removing the original flooring rather than putting ceramic over top. They also called in a registered plumber to remove and replace the toilet - carpenters to adjust the doors and carpet installers to re-edge the existing carpeting. I have since used them to replace ALL of the flooring in my house. Also recommended (and used) them to my boss and my mother-in-law - to everyone's delight. Parracca is wonderful to work with - finding things that they may not have in stock - prompt with scheduled installation.

They are not high pressure sales but they are extremely helpful. They have an outstanding showroom where we have lots of options to choose from. The owners are onsite along with the sales people. Their quality of the workmanship is excellent. The price was appropriate. They cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: I had them replace the bathroom floor with tiles. I had hardwood flooring put in other two rooms.

+ -1 moreKnowledgeable salesman and many samples to choose from. Workman showed up on time. Moved all heavy furniture, and put down replacement carpeting. Work was done quickly and workers cleaned up and took old carpeting away. Excellent job done.

Description of Work: HAD NEW CARPET INSTALLATION DURING 2002, THEN IN 2003, I FOUND A HOLE IN MY CARPET, SO I CALLED BACK. THEY CHECKED ON IT AND REPLACED THE CARPET FOR ME.
