They were very punctual and it was completed in a timely manner. The quality is very good. Everything was upfront including the materials and the price. The crew was very friendly and they were very efficient.

I will start by saying that I am big researcher. Cost in this particular project was my number one factor in making a determination. I reached out to several companies for quotes. Frank, the sales and project coordinator came out to perform initial measurements, review options, and supply a quote. He is really, really good at what he does. He is one of the best customer facing "sales people" I have ever worked with. After meeting with Frank and review the quotes, Lowe's was tied with another company in total cost. We went with Lowe's due to the name and longstanding company. At this point, this got a little annoying. Once Frank placed the order and handed everything off to the production office was when we really saw why there are so many negative reviews regarding Lowe's professional services. A gentlemen called me letting me know he'd be taking over the project to get everything installed and a date in which the materials should be in. After a month of not hearing anything, I began calling him back. This was not a rush project, but I am very date oriented. He NEVER called me back. Not once. I reached back out to Frank several times and he responded immediately and tried to help me out. The next call I got was from the actual installer, Greg. We set a time and he came to do the installation with his partner. They were also awesome! My wife was home to be the contact person and she raved about how nice and professional they were as well as the quality of work done. I agree, it was excellent work. I left out a whole saga about the delivery people trying to drop off all of the materials without even knowing when the installation was going to be. It's just more of the same. Terrible internal communication. The left doesn't know what the right is doing. Long story short, the sales process was great, the quote was tied for the best and the work was done very well. If you can handle a very long lead time, frustrating middle men, and overall poor communication, I would recommend because of the price and install.

We placed an order for vinyl flooring with Lowe's Cranberry location on 9/6/16. We were told that it would be on 9/21. The flooring that came in on that date was NOT what we ordered at all. My husband talked to the flooring manager who said she would "make it right" and "expedite the reorder with the supplier" and call back with updates. There was NO follow up call, NO making it right and NO expedited reorder. My husband called several times, and never got answers from the flooring manager. He then called the store manager, who, again, was sorry for our trouble blah blah blah, and said she would call back with updates. AGAIN no follow up from either manager AT ALL. Long story short, on 10/29 we STILL didn't have our floor, nor did we have any contact from either manager. We went to the store and spoke with Brian, who got our account credited for the flooring we never received. We would NOT recommend placing an order with Lowe's Cranberry location. The worst customer service (with the exception of Virginia and Brian the day that we went into the store) ever.

I was very pleased with them. They always have the best price because I always shop around, and they always have great quality. I was pleased with the window installation. It took about 4 weeks to order the windows, but I knew that going in, because they had to order specialized windows. They checked up on me throughout the entire process, I ordered with them, and then they had someone come out to measure, and then they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Everything was really good. They wrapped the exterior windows. I would definitely recommend them. It went so smoothly that I would use them every time I want windows for my house.

Everything went very well. The service was done quickly and on time. The cost was more reasonable than other venders we priced. All concerned were very professional. I would definitely reccomend their services.

company. I was told, after contacting Lowes regarding my displeasure, that a manager would call, however; I never heard from them. If you are going to deal with Lowes, don't take anything for granted. Don't sign the work order before completion of the work, even if the installation company will have to wait for their money.

I had trouble with the people in the windows department. I'm getting a garage door and the price that was listed on the item in the isle wasn't what they told me. So instead of my garage door costing me $400 it costed me $1000. So I was really upset so I'll never buy another door or window from Lowe's. I like the establishment but I had a bad time with the manager of the window department. The person who installed my garage door was excellent however. It costed me $1000 because of the way they had to remove the door.

I went to my local Lowe's to order a new double wall oven. I had taken measurements myself beforehand but quickly learned there was a $35 charge for a Lowe's contractor to call and schedule a time to come into my home to take their own measurements just to be sure the oven I was ordering would fit. The contractor arrived on time to take the measurements. The oven was ordered the next day. I later found out that the oven was on back-order and it would be approximately 2-weeks before it would arrive. The oven arrived and the installation contractor called to set up a time to install it. It was another week before he could get to my house. The contractor arrived on time the day of install. He wanted to just "double check" to make sure the oven would indeed fit. Why did I pay $35 for the original measurement? Anyway, turns out the oven would not fit! The contractor was not skilled enough to make the proper cuts to get the oven to fit so he could not install it that day. 2 days later another contractor arrived to install the same oven. The oven is in and looks fantastic and the second contractor did a good job. My biggest complaint is the time I had to take away from work for the second contractor to come install the oven. I think Lowe's should have refunded me the $35 for the measurement costs. The local Installed Sales manager told me I would be properly compensated for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I was not compensated at all. The only compensation I received was a followup phone call asking me how I liked my new oven. If I had it to do all over again I would have used H.H. Gregg or even a smaller appliance company.

Lowe's Home Improvement was fine. I like everything about them.

I found everything I needed.

I had new jackposts put in my basement. The jackposts are the big steel bars that hold the house up. Lowe's Home Improvement did this while I was at work, and they did not do it correctly. They don't ever have the same company to do things. If I called now and wanted that same company, they'd be long gone. When they installed them, they didn't even put them in the ground. You are supposed to cement them in the ground at least 12 inches. They put them right on top of unstable concrete. I have a 100 year old house and they put the jackposts on the concrete. They didn't even dig a hole and put it in. In an old house you don't know how stable the concrete is. My concrete in my basement is an old floor, and it is NOT stable. So that is something that needs to be done again. There is no way that I am going to be putting plywood floor and ceramic tile in - that's more weight - with the poles the way they are now. I'm going to have to pay again to have the job done correctly.

We special ordered a new fridge from Lowes, okay price, no problem with the ordering. They said when it came in they would call to arrange delivery. I guess to them that meant calling our home number while we were at work (instead our work numbers which we told them) while the item was in the truck on its way to our house. We got home to find a note that we weren't home and to call to arrange a new delivery which was not for another TWO WEEKS!

We are very pleased with Lowe's Home Improvement. They have good prices and good quality that is why we go there. They will take you to the location of what you are looking for and set it up for you.

They are always helpful and they are a very nice store. They seem to be friendly and if I stop somebody and ask for assistance. They will walk us to the area that I need. I have always been satisfied with any help they give me at the store. So far, everything that I have bought there has worked for me. They seem to be professional.

The workers were prompt and very nice. They took off their shoes to not get any dirt anywhere in the house and did the work surprisingly quick. They made sure that it worked before leaving and overall did a great job.

I filled out a questionaire provided by a representative of Lowe's at the entrance to get an estimate on siding, insulation, windows, soffit & facia. I got a call within a day and a representative showed up on the right day at the right time. My home is 112 years old and I needed to fix up the exterior of my family room. He measured my existing windows, but not the length and height of the side of the house. He offered no suggestions about siding, types of windows, etc. I did all the talking. The whole interaction lasted about 10 minutes. He just looked at the side of the house and said, "Ill go back and come up with a quote and give you a call". Last I heard from him. I know quite a bit about construction, and knew there was no way he could figure up a qoute when he didn't measure for siding, etc. He didn't even go inside to look at that component of the job.I like Lowe's for materials, but very dissappointed in their remodeling services.

The experience was very good. They brought along a rug and they said it was okay. Then they put the joining seam in a high traffic area. We got a good deal, but we also got junk.

The pricing was reasonable. Their service was pretty good; they came when they said they would and they measured accurately. Everything went the way they said it would. The workmen were good, they cleaned up after themselves, and the installation was good.

They did an outstanding job. They gutted everything, and added everything new including appliances. The kitchen is now stunning and beautiful. They brought it into the modern age, with wiring and the new appliances. We would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I went to Lowes to have carpet replaced on stairs that run from my basement and garage to the first floor of my house. The goal was to get it done as quickly and inexpensively as possible in order to get my house on the market to sell. While the people i dealt with were helpful and good at their jobs it just took much longer than I had anticipated or wanted. I made my first trip to Lowe's on March 13th and the carpet was installed on May 2nd. I chose an in stock carpet so I wouldn't have to wait for it to be ordered and delivered. They had to schedule a subcontractor to come and measure the stairs, then he had to make his estimate and get that to my rep at Lowe's. Then it took a few days for her to get back to me with the final cost. She had to check on question I had with the sub. I called her back 3 days later as she had forgotten that she was to call me back. Then she told me that a different type of higher quality carpet was on sale and would cost less than my original choice so I went with that. I should have asked if it was in stock. It wasn't and therefore had to be ordered which took another 2 to 3 weeks. They couldn't make an appointment with the sub for the installation until the carpet had actually arrived in store. So the carpet arrived and then there was another week or two before we could get an appointment set up for the installation. The installer arrived on time, did a great job and got it done quickly and the stairs look great. So I am happy with the end results. I think that the process was more drawn out and less efficient since they use subcontractors. It seems to bog down the process and makes communication more difficult.
