Description of Work: We had Kohl's install a complete new Trane system for heating, cooling, air handling, and filtration in our 23 year old home rather than repair our older system. They provided options and estimates for various system types and we based our decision on overall efficiency and price. It also helped that Trane offered a four year interest-free incentive along with the tax credit and utility company credit for 2011. The unit arrived about a week earlier than expected and the Kohl crew worked most of Memorial Day weekend to get it installed. Drop cloths and cardboard were used to protect our flooring. Sean did a great job and was friendly and informative. Kevin, Ron, and Mike were also great to work with and we appreciated the team effort the entire crew put into the install. Professionalism is the key word to describe their efforts. A snag kept completion from happening until Tuesday around noon, but the cooling and clean air began immediately after that. So far I love the system we chose and daily readings of our electric meter help confirm that this really is an efficient system. We applaud Kohl and their professional efforts and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
