Description of Work: I originally sent an email to request an estimate for window and gutter cleaning. I waited 6 days and didn't get a response. I then called the number listed on Angies list, and left a message. I was very polite. I waited another week knowing that this was their busy season. Still no call back. I consider not responding very unprofessional and moved on.

+ -1 moreFirst let me say, we bid and won a charitable package where this service was one of the items donated by the Crystal Clear Window Cleaning Company. When the owner/operator arrived to our large home, he immediately planned on doing all the windows inside and out at no additional cost. Most of our windows have screens on the exterior and removable grilles on the inside. All the windows were done to our complete satisfaction including some hard to reach screened second floor windows and some 12 foot windows out front. This company has 22 years of experience and it shows, job well done.
Description of Work: Washed all exterior windows and a few on the inside.

Description of Work: I am not comfortable giving a grade to this company, because they have not provided any service so I have rated it a D. I contacted the them and received voicemail. I left a detailed message indicating my geographic area(Greentree/Crafton), my desire to have quarterly service inside and out for my windows, my name along with home and mobile numbers. I never heard back, and so after five days, I contacted them again. I received the same voicemail, and again left the same information and further asked them to please contact to advise if they are not interested in taking on new clients or servicing my area. It is several days later, and still no response. As I said, I do not want to grade on the Angie's List system, but Responsiveness and Professionalism would get a failing mark.

+ -1 moreWill arrived and went right to work. He cleaned all inside windows in our 2-story house first, including high windows in the foyer and sun room. He was very personable but cleaned the windows efficiently and took care with furniture and bed linens when windows were near them. He did some extra tasks like cleaning window sills and even dusted a high ledge area. He then cleaned the windows outside, removing the screens and then replacing them afterwards. He did a nice quality job. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work involved.
