Description of Work: General dusting, vacuum, floors, beds. Started out good but became more involved with enlarging company and forgot to look at the quality and quantity of work. Too fast and on to next job. Too many times would bring a new person to train and was asked not to do that.....but didn't seem to register. Talked on cell phone while working. Would not recommend . Forgot to look at work that they were doing and just seemed to go through the motions. It is a shame because they are nice people .

Description of Work: Cleidiane and her crew began cleaning for me in September. After walking through my 4 bedroom house, she gave me the cost for weekly ($100) versus bi-weekly ($120). The first time cleaning is an additional $20. I chose the weekly service and have been very happy with the thorough, efficient, high quality of their work. They cleaned all the mini-blinds, washed the hardwood floors, scrubbed the shower floor and glass panels to remove stubborn soap scum, wiped down the kitchen cabinets, cleaned the toaster oven and microwave oven, in addition to dusting and vacuuming thoroughly. In the kitchen, they even cleaned smudges on the glass door and window by the sink. This is a family businesses and the crew seems to enjoy working together. I plan to continue to use their services.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment for 5:45pm to get an estimate for cleaning services. Nobody showed up at the appointed time. I received a voice mail message at 7:10pm indicating that she had "been cleaning a house and her cell phone ran out of battery." In her voice mail, she did offer to come at another time if I wanted to reschedule. I declined to do so because failing to show up or to call before missing an appointment is not a good indicator of future responsiveness or professionalism.

+ 1 moreThey arrived on time and were prepared with all their supplies . I did not tell them a thing. I showed them where my supplies were kept and if they needed anything to help themselves. They performed with such professionalism and concern for what they were doing. I was very comfortable with them. I felt they knew exactly what had to be done and how to get it done. Fine people !
Description of Work: They were the best I have ever had. Very thorough and professional. The house was cleaned from top to bottom and they were very careful but moved things to dust and clean. They worked with experience and care for what they were doing. I will continue to use them weekly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home !

Description of Work: I have a five bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house and I wanted a TOTAL cleaning.... including wiping all the baseboards, kitchen cabinets, appliances and everything that is sitting out. They washed all the windows, which is something other services charge extra for or don't do at all. They also change sheets and make beds. They move furniture to get the dirt behind and under it. They took down metal slat blinds that are in my kitchen and powder room, and washed them, and hung them again. They took down my living room curtains, which were dusty, and put them in the dryer to get the dust off. I believe they cleaned the kitchen floor on their hands and knees, but I'm not positive. They washed all the hardwood and tiled floors. They made toilet paper flowers that they sat on the rolls in the powder room, and a bow on the box of kleenex. They folded hanging dishtowels and bathtowels like origami. It is the kind of thing you might only find in a fine hotel! I've hired two different "maid services" in the past, to do detailed cleanings, and I wasn't happy with either of them. This is a very very nice family that works together, and they are thorough and fast. They did a superb job! I'm going to start using them for regular cleaning on a bi-weekly basis.

Description of Work: Cleidiane and her husband come bi-weekly to clean my home. They have been cleaning my house for several years and also clean two of our businesses on a weekly basis. They are wonderful! They do a fantastic job, they are reliable, courteous and very pleasant to work with. My house always looks spotless when they are done. They were highly recommended to me by friends/neighbors when I finally admited I could no longer keep up with the cleaning while caring for two small children with a husband who travels 70% of the time. I'm pretty meticulous, and I have to admit they do a nice job! They clean my whole house in about 2-2.5 hours and when they are done I'm in heaven! It smells so clean. I'm beaming for the rest of the day. And they are trustworthy too - I wouldn't hesitate to have them here working while I'm not home. I never knew what I was missing...now I can't imagine myself ever cleaning again. Best money I ever spent! Highly recommended!!!
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, etc. They don't do windows except for the occasional obvious spot like a small child's faceprint on a window.

+ 0 moreI met Cleidiane and her team last year after they dropped a business card in my mail. I took the chance because I had somebody else before that I was very disappointed with. Cleidiane impressed my from the firs cleaning. I even offered her more money than she asked. They always keep in touch with you to fit your schedule and accommodate you. My hardwood floors have been a problem before, but not anymore because she knows how to clean them. I referred them to my friends, too.

+ -1 moreCleidiane and her team are excellent. Very professional and the communication is great also. I also got my first choice in day/time that they come to our house which was awesome! I trust her team in my home when I'm not there and they are always very respectful and friendly. The reason I hired them is that I'm expecting my third child and really struggle with the tough jobs of the bathrooms, kitchen and floor washing. My husband loves what ever they are using to clean our stainless steel appliances which used to be his job. Someone else mentioned on this site how they love the finishing touches. I'm guessing they are talking about the way they make flowers out of the toilet paper and fold down the beds :)
