This is a husband and wife team and they are very efficient. They come in, clean, do window blinds (that no one else ever did) and are very thorough. I am very happy with their work. THey clean for me every other week.

I really liked them. They really come and clean. They do a good job. They don't say what they will do or do not do, they just did everything in your kitchen, mop and scrub the floors and dust. They are just very thorough. Now, I have Leandro and the niece clean the windows. They have to go back, I was away for the whole summer but when I came back and called the number...the people that answered the number...I really like them a lot. For other company they wanted $133 for the same thing and I don't know why their prices are different. I only use them once a month because I figured that was is fine with me.

The service did a solid job cleaning our house on multiple occasions but scheduling was a challenge. The service tended to call last minute to come to clean, rather than having us on a regular, predictable rotation.

I called several times that evening to the main office to get in touch with the person coming out, but with no luck. My husband was able to talk to the individual briefly after the scheduled appointment time, but he was unable to tell us where he was to give him directions. I called 3 times on a separate occassion and there was still no answer. I chose them from Angie's List because they were bonded and insured, but it doesn't seem they want business.

The three people came, including the owner, who says he always comes on the job to oversee things. They worked without distractions for about four or four and a half hours. They are very knowledgeable about what to use to clean things and they bring their own supplies. I recommend them without reservations.

They have been working for us for more than 6 months. They come twice a week and have never missed. Friendly, thorough, detailed oriented. We are very happy with their service and have recommended them to others.

Cleidiane had been cleaning my two bedroom condo for a few weeks. She came for an estimate and quoted $85 per visit on a weekly basis. Overall, we were fairly happy with her cleaning, although it was difficult to communicate with her and her team when we were not satisfied. On 2/2/12 they were scheduled to come and clean as normal but they did not show. I emailed Cleidiane, sent her a text message and called and left a voicemail - all ways that I had been able to reach her in the past. I received a cryptic voicemail saying that they could not clean. I reached out to them again asking why and if they would come the following week. A few days later I got another cryptic text saying they would clean the next time. I did not feel comfortable having them in my home any longer and let them know I wouldn't need their services any longer and I needed my keys back. I did not receive a response to that message after emailing, calling and texting. After almost another week I received a text saying that Cleidiane had been deported to Brazil but that someone would get my keys back to me. Almost 3 months later I have not heard back and still have not received my keys. I'm sorry to say that I do not trust this company, think they are very unprofessional and had to get my locks changed due to their incompetence. Please do not use their services!

Background - Cleidane's service cleans my MIL's house, and we were living there for 3 months, so we saw the services and quot;in actionand quot; for several moths prior to hiring them. We were easily able to schedule (and reschedule - at our request) the cleaning service (as they were weekly at my MIL's house with us). When the scheduled day arrived, they were several hours late, with no phone call (not unusual, as they are often late to my MIL's house). I was not able to be there during the cleaning, but my husband was. While Cleidane indicated this empty house cleaning would take longer than a standard cleaning, they were done in just under 2 hours....and afterwards I could tell why. Several and quot;detailsand quot; were missed (the kitchen cupboards were not throughly cleaned - dust in the corners, the master closet was untouched and the shelves COVERED in dust). I called to let her know I was unhappy and she offered to come back and reclean - but....since I was working and unable to answer the phone the moment she called, and the time she gave me was not one I could accomodate (we didn't yet live in the house!) .... and my return call was never responded to, the reclean never happened. Unfortunately, I had to reclean those areas that were missed (waste of time an money) AND I was 7 months pregnant (which was known, since I was seeing them every week)! Not what I wanted for my move-in at my new house. I think the issue was/is due to being so overly booked. They showed up late, then didn't have time to do a complete job, and couldn't come back because they just don't have time. I am now searching for a new service who will value my $$ and my time. (as a side note - my MIL still uses them and is happy, so I may just be picky).

Everything is going well. They are affordable, work hard, and do a great job.

I hired this company to do an overall cleaning of the house and then hired them for every other week cleaning. The first visit out was remarkable. They did an excellent job. They even dusted/vacuumed underneath all of my furniture! The just came this week for their first every other week cleaning. The house looks great. I am a bit concerned about a recent report that stated that they eventually became less "detail oriented". I hope this does not happen because as of now, I highly recommend them. They are hard working and very efficient.

The experience has been great. Cleidiane came to our house to give us an estimate. Their schedule is busy and they have a longer drive to get to my house, so the crew came and cleaned once to get an idea of the time they would need. Then we set up a schedule that fit both our needs and they always come when they are scheduled. One day they hit traffic and texted me to alert me but that has only happened once; all other days they have been on schedule and wonderful!

They fit us in because the home we were buying needed cleaned before we moved in on August 22. They came and did a great job getting the house ready for move-in. They also reduced our price because the previous owners were very clean and it did not take them very long.
