Excellent to work with from all angles. Appraisal was fair, added something in after the original appraisal and it also was fair. The work was done in a timely fashion to high expectations and I wasn't disappointed. Cleaned up after themselves as well. Would without reservation have them do more work for me.

The team came, took out the rug of two adjacent rooms. They move the furniture around. They daily removed the floor moldings. Then they went to town and installed the cork floor, and placed the moldings back at the base of the walls. They did all this from 8am to 1pm. Very clean and efficient and fairly proceed.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job in this re-flooring of our main hallway, kitchen, half bath, and breakfast nook. Their work was exceptional, as they were meticulous in putting up plastic to limit dust, and in their follow up cleanup and putting plumbing fixtures and appliances back. When they were done, the only way you knew they were there was the new floor! They arrived promptly on Monday morning at 7:00am and by early afternoon had removed all existing tile and the luan sub-surface. On Tuesday, they completed laying of new luan and started putting down the new bamboo floor. At this point, he found that flooring nails would not work on this very hard floor, so he had to switch to flooring glue, the cost of which he split with us. The remainder of the flooring was put down on Wednesday, and on Thursday, they replaced moulding and were done by early afternoon.
