+ -1 moreThe purchase in the store was handled by a very knowledgable and helpful employee. The installation was also done well. The installers arrived on time, completed the installation, explained the operation, and took excess packing materials with them. The installers couldn't have been nicer, very helpful and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the company. In the past I have had Alpine replace a pool liner, again, that work was very well done.
Description of Work: Purchase and installation of replacement sand filter.

+ -1 moreThey did an absolutely amazing job. The pool is beautiful and I've been using it every day. They really are an A company. the only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is becuase we started this project in the fall, and finished it in the Spring. This was due to weather and there was nothing they could do about it. Also, I gave the price a B because it was an aexpensive project, but we wanted the best quality- not because they were over-priced as far was we know.
Description of Work: This company built our in-ground pool. They did the excavating, leveling, digging, and concrete. They also brough in a gas line from the house so the pool is heater, and they installed the fence around the pool

+ -1 moreOverall it was a positive experience. It took much longer than expected due to the on-set of cold weather. If we had it to do over we wouldn’t have started so late. All of the pieces pool, concrete and fence are dependent on dry weather (above freezing) weather. Alpine did their best, but the project dragged into the spring. Mike at Alpine coordinated all of the subs electrical, plumbing, concrete and fence. This process worked perfectly. They all showed up when expected and did great work. A couple of times in the pool and you forget all the bumps along the way.
Description of Work: Purchased an in-ground pool package. We got end of the season pricing understanding a Sept/Oct installation. If I had it to do over I would want to a rough schedule of delivery dates. Understanding there are weather delays.

+ -1 moreMike, the manager, kept me up-to-date because the brand and the model that we wanted was something new to them and they didn't have it in stock so we had to rely on the brochures. He was accurate on the price. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COMFORTING TO US, TELLING US WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO TO MAINTAIN A BACTERIA-FREE ENVIRONMENT IN OUR HOT TUB. THEY MADE IT SEEM AS IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WATER IN OUR HOT TUB.
Description of Work: THEY DIRECTED US ON PROPER CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF OUR HOT TUB. WE HAD A PROBLEM WHERE MY SON BROKE OUT IN A RASH AFTER HE WAS IN THE HOT TUB.
