Luis and his team did an amazing job. They installed a new sprinkler system for us and it's working great. The couple things we had concerns about, Luis returned and fixed. Would recommend them for sure.

The job was to install sprinkler system to cover the entire front yard. When we did the final walk through, we noticed there were several dry spots. We pointed it out to Luis. He said he will install bubblers. I did not check his work afterwords until May as the installation was completed in April and we didn’t have to turn on the sprinkler system until first week of May. We turned the sprinkler system on and went out of town for 5 weeks. When we came back, we noticed that several plants dried out and bubblers he installed in pots did not work. And the dry spots that didn’t get any water didn’t have any growth. We contacted Luis several times, via email, phone calls, text messages. He has not fixed the issues. Instead he is trying to break the contract by sending us a check for $300. I guess that’s how much it costs them to winterize and restart sprinkler system in spring. We reject the check. He needs to fix the dry spots either by adding working bubblers or few additional sprinkler heads and he needs to make the bubblers in the pots work.
