I would absolutely recommend KO HVAC. Both Cody and Steve were extremely professional. They returned phone calls promptly and arrived on time. They are both quite knowledgeable. They were respectful of my home and left it neat and orderly at the end of each day. Steve thoroughly explained the systems when they were done. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

After waiting for CW Schultz to call me back for nearly 3 hours, I became frustrated and called KO. I spoke to Kody at 9:30 and explained I had no heat and had two young children at home. Temperatures were at a -1 at this point and I was told they may not be able to come out till morning. However, within an hour Steve was at my door to fix my problem. After working for about an hour inside and outside, Steve figured out what my problem was and unfortunately it wasnâ t something he was able to fix but advised me on who to call. So on to the next call to get another guy out to fix my problem. Steve spoke to the second company explained the problem in detail. Then before leaving he told me if this second repair man couldnâ t fix my problem to call him and he would come right back. He also said to text him either way just to let him know that we were ok! The second guy came out and did fix the problem which was exactly what Steve had said it was. I was very impressed with this company and will be passing on their number to family and friends. It is now 10:30am on Christmas Eve and my kids and I are back in the house and Schultz still didnâ t even return my call.

These guys are the best!!! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and the hardest working guys Iâ ve ever seen. Worked in 100+ degree attic with old itchy fiberglass insulation and never complained. After installation they stayed and went over all aspects of the system and even called tech support for the new thermostat they installed. Canâ t say enough about them just an A+++ company.

Iâ m a first time client and Steve was amazing to deal with. Not only did he come out first thing Sunday morning for an emergency call but he had the parts and repair completed incredibly fast. He offered several options including giving me the part info in case I wanted to save some money and do it myself since Iâ m somewhat handy. There was never any pressure and Steve communicated with me through each step. I didnâ t have a â furnace guyâ before but I do now.

This young guy is on top of his game! Hard working. Not too many guys like him today.

Steve and Cody were out to my house quickly when my furnace stopped working. It was one of the coldest days of the year and I came home to no heat in the house. So a full work day already passed, but they came out anyway to get a new furnace installed. Their work was very efficient and neat. They did not leave any messes or damage any of our personal belongs, rugs. Etc. Steve and Cody are very knowledgeable and went through all the troubleshooting trying to determine if our old furnace could be fixed before having to replace it. I will be using them in the future if I have any issues with my HVAC systems in the house. They are very friendly and they take their job very seriously to ensure you have a great outcome with the job you hired them for!

Timely, professional, knowledgeable !!!! Stephen was great to work with, we had a problem with our furnace for quite some time and had a few people look at it and Stephen came in and fixed our problem.Highly recommend!!!!!

K.O. Repaired my central ac in the middle of a heat wave! They came when they said they would. They worked in my over 100 degree attic for 1 and 1/2 days to complete the job. They were courteous, prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and charged a fair price! I have referred them to friends and family. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent reliable service!
