+ -1 moreWe purchased a pool from Hometown. It was to be completed by a certain date and they were over a month past our completion date. If they would have came forward and told us they were behind, it would have been better. Instead, they lied over and over, did not return phone calls and were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We got an excellent deal on our pool, but still had some issues. These people are HORRIBLE to deal with!!!
Description of Work: We bought a pool and they came to prep our land and install the pool.

+ -1 moreOverall, we have had nothing but hassles with Hometown Pools and Spas..They never show up when they say they will..They lie about many things like phone calls, loans and many other things.. I would never send anyone there.
Description of Work: I would not reccomend purchasing a pool from Hometown Pools. It is unfortunate that it has to come to this..Our pool is not level and needs work done. We have had professional pool installers give us estimates our their lousy work..They even told us how we could fix it..Andy is very unprofessional and inexperienced in my opinion. He has told us several times he is going to show up and he never calls or shows up..If u call him he doesnt even have a voicemail setup..Real professional...Not..Ithink it is because he does such crappy work..Pleas feel free to email me hdmiller24@yahoo.com and I will send pics of our pool..
