+ -1 moreHe came the same day. He worked extra on stained spots, it was good. He moved most of the furniture, except for a heavy piano. He left it clean, and it didn't take it long to dry once he was done, less than an hour.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets.

+ -1 moreWe used them to clean the tracks in 2 rooms and also a large piece of carpet that is our garage and a carpeted ramp into our house and I would use him again. We were very pleased with the results so far.

Description of Work: Gordon Hains cleaned three rooms with dry process. He moved every stick of furniture to make sure all areas were cleaned. Thanks to the dry process, we were able to move the furniture back and use the rooms by the time he left. This is the second year we have used Hains and like his work. One of the benefits of the dry process is that there is no need to keep doors open to route steam pipes. |

+ -1 moreGordon Hains Owner/ Operator arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time of 1:30 pm and proceeded to visually inspect my carpet and stairs, as I discussed areas of concern ( he assured me the areas could be cleaned ) he gave me professional assessments on how the areas could be treated and what results could be expected measured the square footage and wasted no time getting to work as he had given an estimated time he expected the job to take. He explained he used a " Pretreatment " that loosens soil, and an environmentally safe " Organic Cleaning System " that will allow my carpets to be dry to the touch within 1 hour. To my amazement my carpet was dry to the touch, and I was able to walk on it while he was cleaning my stairs !! I particularly liked that he paid attention to the baseboard and corner detail and advised me on how to watch for carpet wear and even trimmed any stray fibers to prevent future fraying. Overall a very professional carpet cleaning service experience. I would highly recommend hains Organic Dry Carpet Cleaning They will make you smile (:
