YARDBIRD'S LAWNCARE

They were our mowers, and they charged $55 a week to mow our lawn; our current landscaper charges $50 a week. They would only show up approximately every two or three weeks, so the grass was becoming completely out of control. I had to call them to get them to come out, which I did not like having to do. They weren’t rude but weren’t overly friendly either. I think I was almost nagging them to get them here. When they would do the edging, they started to get very careless with the edgers. They kept cutting away more and more of our lawn to the point where we had a good 6 inches or more of dirt around all of our edging where they had completely taken away all of the grass. We had to have our new landscaper come and fill all that with top soil and seed it so that we could try to grow some of that grass back. We had at the very edge of our backyard an overgrowth of crown vetch. They kept making our lawn smaller, which we hadn’t realized until we hired the new landscaper. As soon as they came out, they said that we had lost a good 6-8 feet of our yard just from them allowing the weed to grow into our yard as opposed to continuing to mow it. It took the new landscaper several weeks of coming out with a weed eater and whacking it all away, but we had lost nearly 12 ft of our backyard, which we didn’t realize; we do have that back again. They kept cutting down the area they were mowing but continued to charge us the same price. We would not recommend them to anybody and would not use them in the future.
