I called multiple companies to get a quote to have our whole house air conditioning replaced. Our house is older and not a typical installation. Some companies didn't even come out to look at the job. S&S made an appointment quickly, showed up on time and provided an estimate within 24 hours. They made two key suggestions that we went with that we're confident will not only improve our comfort but be more efficient. Their staff was on time both days of the installation. They cleaned up their work areas and were overall a solid representation of the company. The owner was accessible, on the job and in follow up immediately after. Not only was their price fair but their service and workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend S&S and will be referring them to friends and family.

Frank was very knowledgeable and was fast to add a new pump on my broiler and expansion tank .He check all radiators and made sure everything was working. correctly. I would definitely call him again if I need anything.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came out the same day that I called. High 80â s the whole week. Prompt, courteous, efficient and informative. I had a new unit within a few hours. They even installed the new thermostat that I had purchased thinking it was the problem. Frank and his team are top notch ! DEFINITELY A â 10â ! Wish I had known about him when I had to replace my AC unit.

Frank called back promptly after I contacted several contractors about servicing a faulty furnace through the Angi site on a Sunday morning. He had Evan come out the next morning and he serviced the furnace very thoroughly until the problem was solved, all for a reasonable price. Thanks, Frank and Evan!

WOW! I called Frank, the owner, and he was here the next day with a crew. They replaced our faulty furnace and updated the thermostat by lunchtime. The price was $2,700 less than the same Trane furnace from a competing dealer. I would highly recommend S&S to my neighbors and friend!

Frank and his team were amazing. They ran into several challenges with our house, but were very resilient and dynamic. Their pricing is reasonable, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I'd say very fair value. The team had no problem with me working on projects in parallel and were willing to lend a quick hand when needed. Overall, I'd hire them 10 times out of 10.

Frank Sinatra is owner and very straightforward dealing with him. He oversees the actual installation.

I hired S&S to install a mini-split ductless system to service my bedrooms as they do not have adequate heating and cooling. They were extremely responsive and completed the work quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent. Pro showed up when expected and did the job in the time promised for the cost estimated. What more could you want? Had an issue with the system that (we learned) had to do with our existing thermostat a few days after the install; Frank came out promptly to diagnose and fix the problem .
