Paul Ledonne

Paul responded to my request for an estimate quickly and arrived on time. He seems reliable and professional. The quote he provided was in line with the other two I received. I did not end up using his services because all three were within $30 of each other, so I used the company that provided the first quote. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul's company, though.

Paul was upfront about his schedule and how long it would be before he could start the job. Its was about weeks as he said when he started the job. He was on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. He explained the work was that needed to be done. he and his workers were very kind, Paul definitely recommend or hire Paul Ledonne againe.

Paul and his crew did a great job installing the drain. He ensured the job was done well and that the customer was satisfied.

Paul was amazing. He came out promptly after I called him, communicated effectively via email (thank goodness! As a family with two young children, phone tag just doesn't work for us!), requoted many times as we changed the scope of the job and reconsidered our options. He was professional, prompt, didn't try to oversell, but was accommodating and made professional recommendations. I contacted 4 Angie's List providers when we began the quoting process, and by far, Paul was the winner in all the categories above. We are so pleased. There are few contractors I've had experience with whom I would readily re-hire, and Paul is one. We've already had him quote a second job for us. In addition to the work that was contracted and performed, he and his crew did additional pointing on the house and a few other repairs they noticed, as they were waiting to be able to perform the next step of their tasks. We are so thankful! Paul's crew was equally amazing. Each was friendly, professional, made eye contact and greeted our family as we walked past. We had no concerns whatsoever leaving our home (open) while the work was being performed. There was no blaring music, foul talk, we felt very comfortable with them around our young children. The work site was left clean every day, and they were prompt. Most of the work was performed in the late afternoon/evening which was perfect for us allowing for the crew to get good chunks of work in without disrupting our children's nap times. (This is huge. Trust me!)

Paul did a very good job. He was prompt with his responding and his work was good. My in-laws are very pleased. It was a difficult task since he was fixing something that somebody else completely messed up. We would definitely use him again if the opportunity arises.

I contacted Paul via Email to develop a quotation for the project. He quoted the job within 3 days of the initial email. He returned to review the quote with me at a convenient time for me. We agreed that the quote matched the scope of the project and we proceeded with the execution of the quote and the project. Paul initiated the project and completed the project within his stated time frame. His crew was excellent and kept the job site cleaned and clutter free when they left for the day. The project was handled professionally from start to finish. I would rehire Paul for any new jobs in the future. He did excellent work in a timely manner. You cannot ask for more than that.

Paul and his crew are among the best contractors we have ever used. We had originally hired the and quot;wrong guyand quot; to do a bunch of stone work---laying new bluestone pavers in our garden. The previous guy did everything wrong. He used the wrong kind of sand, didn't follow the plan, and overall failed to meet our needs. Paul LeDonne and crew stepped in and fixed everything perfectly. Their work was done in a timely manner (incredibly fast actually) and was of the highest quality. We also had them clean and re-point our garage. This too was done professionally and now looks fantastic. I would recommend Paul et al. for any concrete/masonry work.

They arrived promptly with ample help followed up to ensure the work was performed satisfactorily. I plan to see if Paul would be able to demo and replace a small concrete porch and install new sidewalk.

Paul quoted a great price and was punctual with e-mail, phone communication, and his teams arrival for the job. His team was friendly, professional, and focused on the timeliness and quality of the work to our home. (The negotiated amount spent on the project was due to me removing and replacing anything on the home that would interrupt the work (gutters, cable box, etc..) and to assist with the clean-up at the end of the job. We appreciated his willingness to fairly negotiate on the cost and we could not be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend his services for anyone looking to hire a contractor for Masonry Restoration.
