We called him 11/27 and left a voice message. Nobody ever called back.

I contaced Joe with the items on my list. He stopped by and took a look at the items that I wanted done. He said he would be in touch in a few days and he was, he came over to fix everything. All work was done extremely well.

Joe is the best handyman bar none. He comes in, looks at the problem, comes back and does the work. He is smart, creative, respectful of property and person, friendly, hardworking, efficient, and a person with family values. This is the third job that he has done for us. He is the first person who comes to mind whenever we are looking for work to be done both in and outside our home.

Joe did everything as I instructed on the phone. I did not even need to show up when he worked on the list of items. He returned to hand wiped some residual of the the tough stains on the siding after power wash did not completely clean them. Very trustworthy and enjoyable to work with.

Handyman services listed on Angie's list with good reviews. I left 3 voice mail messages over a week to number listed on Angie's List asking for return call. No call ever received. I told him I got his name from Angie's list

Job was completed in time and in my budget. Very professional workmanship and cleaned up all remaining material. While Bill was onsite we asked him to perform some Ad hoc services. Good overall handyman and very skilled.

He did a great job! Prompt, efficiient ad detail-oriented......all of the jos that I asked him to do were done well and within time period and quoted budget!

They came, did the job quickly, we paid them and they were gone. No problems. Very fast and professional.

We have used Joe is the past. It is great to have someone who will do little jobs that you can count on. My husband contacted Joe, he came out with a couple of days. My husband gave Joe a list of things that we needed done around the house. He fixed a couple of broken kitchen cabinets. He hung a shelf and a mirror. He also fixed two ceiling fans that were broken. He does fine work.

Joe is a true professional and good at what he do. He was quick, detail-oriented, and very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He bought the materials for the job ahead of time and only charge the actual material costs, which has been a great help for us. Upon further discussion, I found my neighbors have been using Joe's services for years and referred him to their friends. Joe no longer does advertising as the referrals and returning customers have kept him busy. I am glad to find him on Angie's List. I have already asked Joe to give me quotes for maintenance jobs in spring and summer time. He can do power-washing, concrete sealing and crack filling as well. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needs help fixing or remodeling anything at home.

Soon after first contacting Joe he stopped by during lunch time to inspect the problem. He made an initial diagnosis which was confirmed when he went into the basement to locate the panel allowing a visual inspection from the crawl space below the toilet. Repairs were expertly performed as described above. Joe was punctual, courteous and explained the repairs he was making. The powder room in which Joe was working had hand-painted faux finished walls which he respected and took extra care to insure that they were not marred. He left the repair area neat and clean when he completed the job. The powder room literally looked like new. We were completely satisfied with Joe's expertise and quality of work and would have no hesitation in calling upon him for future repairs.

He was very prompt in answering my questions. I request him to do a number of handymen jobs for my rental out of state. I was unable to meet him before hiring him. My tenant had several tasks that needed to be handled and she needed to feel comfortable with the person doing them. She phone me afterwards to tell me how professional, helpful, and nice he was. He completed everything within a couple days even though he had another project going on.

My husband called Joe. Got in contact with him right away. My husband commented on how courtesy and polite Joe seemed. We had him come out to replace a faucet that had been leaking in the kitchen. I purchase a new kitchen faucet from Lowe's and Joe came out the next day to install it. He told my husband he would be at my home in the afternoon. I recieved a call around noon that day and Joe said he would be here in 45 minutes. He is prompt, went right into the kitchen and went to work. He has a wonderful demenor and is a very pleasant person. He took his shoes off when entering my home! He fixed the faucet without any problems and it took about an hour. He charged me $45.00. I will certainly use him again.
