Fratangelo Gardens

Great work! I have used them for 17 years and will keep doing so.

They have several locations, but we use them from their Coraopolis location and we have used them for years. A few years ago they build a stone patio for us. I had the directors of my daughter's school also purchased some extra supplies from him and put his name out in a newsletter to the other people at the school because people were asking if I knew anybody and I recommended him. He did that for us and it was very nice. I think there are different guys, I don't know if it is two or more but the one we used we stick with. They kind of have their own clients even though I think they might be related. We only use one particular guy but he is so good and so busy you usually are on a wait list for his services. To try to encourage them to come out sooner we try to give them as much business on our property as we can. They do a lot of really beautiful stone patios, they are like a huge service. They are always sought after and he kind of fits you in where he can. If he is doing projects on our side of town he tries to come over here if he can, but sometimes it doesn't work out so we have had to wait until the end of the season. But we like him so much and the work that he does that we are willing to wait.

See above. He never did the job and didn't return my calls after the initial free estimate.

I won't use Fratangelo Gardens again. They gave me bad plants. I was supposed to go down and pick out everything that I wanted to put in here and he just brought a truck up with a bunch of garbage. I told him that I don't want it to be planted but he did anyway. When I called him the following year to come and take them out, he wouldn't do anything. He wanted to give me a credit and I didn't get it. He brought me bad trees that had barks that were broken off by a machine. I had a horticulturist to come and talk to him and I still didn't get any money back. I made 50 trips down to them and he would not call.
