AH-MAZ-ING!! Chuck and partner were extremely detailed working on my car. I had the exterior and interior detailed. They were on time and worked for five hours. When done, I could see myself in the paint! When I was moving my car, I thought they left the windows down because they were so clear. The interior is like new but even better. Highly recommend! Well worth the money!

Chuck & Steve do an EXCELLENT Job. They are both VERY detailed. They will treat and detail your car just as if it was their own vehicle. Chuck answered EVERY question I had. This was the first time I ever used a Mobile Detailing service. Money well spent. When they were finished, they had my 2012 Honda Accord looking as if I just drove it off of the dealer's lot. 5 STARS! I highly recommend Chuck's Mobile detailing service. Chuck was very responsive when we texted back and forth as I got details from him and scheduled the appointment. He and his co-worker arrived promptly at the appointment time. He had estimated they would be done in about 3 hours and were done in 2.5 hours. My car looks and smells brand new on the inside, and it's a 12 year old car! Very courteous, and with them coming to my house, I didn't even have to go out of my way!

Chuck and his co-worker were on time, professional and courteous. They spent approximately 6 hours in total and did a fabulous job of both our cars. He gave us a discount on a 2 car package and it was great that they came home to get the work done. Our cars looked like brand new on the inside and outside when Chuck was done. I'm very happy with Chuck's work, definitely recommend him and will use his services in the future.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The truck in question hadn't been seriously cleaned in over 5 years. By the time Chuck and Steve were finished, it looked like a brand new truck. They went over every inch inside and out with a fine-toothed comb until not one speck of dirt remained. Chuck is personable and professional, and brings all of his own equipment, including a generator if an electric outlet is not available. It is obvious Chuck takes great pride in his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. Highly recommended!

I am a fanatic about my car. My regular detailer blew me off so I thought I would try Chuck. I AM GLAD I DID! He is now my car guy. Responded to my inquiry very promptly, quick estimate, showed up on time the day of service, performed work in estimated amount of time, and the car looks BRAND NEW. Will certainly use Chuck again, ease of use and great service. Plus he said wax/sealant should last for awhile. If in several months it doesn't to call and let him know. Who does that?? A++++++

I am a former executive VP of a major financial instution. I've lived in 5 different cities during my career and I have had quite a few luxury vehicles detailed. Chuck and his worker did the most incredible detail that I have ever seen! My wife gave it the white glove treatment after they finished and she had no negative feedback. We will definitely use them again!

On very short notice (one day) chuck and his partner were able to have my car detailed. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla that was extremely filthy!!!!! Chuck and his business partner arrived at my work and performed a wonderful interior detail that made the car look brand new!!!!! It took them almost 3 hours to perform the service because of how detail orientated they were. I will use them again for my other vehicles.

Chuck and Steve arrived when they said they would, and began work immediately. They were at my home for several hours, and I was amazed at how new my car looked! I had so many scratches all over the car, and they minimalized or eliminated them! This would've cost me thousands at a body shop (I know from experience)! They got ALL of the gunk between the seats! Unbelievable! I highly recommend them for cleaning and detailing!

Chuck's team did an excellent job detailing our SUV. We have three small children have taken several road trips, but it looked brand new after he was done. Highly recommend his service.

Chuck has done one of my cars before (Stage 4) & did an amazing job, so I wanted him to do the Stage 4 on my new car as well. Chuck picked my car up Monday afternoon and detailed it like crazy, I was tied up all night so he held onto the car over night & returned it to me the next day when I was free. My Jeep looks so much better than it did when I picked it up at the dealership, the paint looks like glass, rich & deep! Thanks Chuck, will DEFINATELY be using you again & have told everyone who cares about their cars about your services!

These guys were able to schedule me on a few days notice, which was great since I procrastinated before leaving on a trip. I was grateful to be able to arrange the entire thing via text. It started to rain an hour before the scheduled time, so they texted and asked if wanted to reschedule. I really needed the interior detailed (it was bad) that day, so they performed the service in the rain. The end result is magnificent.

Chuck did the Stage 4 detail on my 2005 Cadillac STS - the paint has never shined so much & the interior looks new. I will definately use his services again & highly recommend him.

We contacted Chuck to arrange to have our automobile detailed. Our Honda Accord is 7 years old and in particular the carpets came out of this year's severe winter in very bad shape. Chuck came to our home for a 2 hour interior and exterior detailing job. The work was done on our driveway. After Chuck and his helper were gone, I pulled the car into the garage and noticed that my driveway was badly stained in 4 areas that correspond to where the tires would be. We sent Chuck a text about this and he responded that we should power wash and it will come off - his materials are eco friendly. We power washed and nothing happened; the stains remained. We contacted Chuck again after a heavy rain and yet another attempt at cleaning and by his second text he began to tell us that this was our problem because we choose to have the service performed at our home instead of his garage. We asked him to come and take care of the problem with the driveway as his work product created the problem and if it was so easy to take care of, there shouldn't be any problem with him stopping by and cleaning it off. This was not something Chuck was interested in doing. He continued to insist this was our fault for using his mobile services at our house (isn't that what a mobile service is). When we told him we had found him on Angie's list and were going to write a negative review, he threatened to use our name in his response. I will save Chuck the effort, my name is Gary Davis and I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. To quote various communication from Chuck: His website is:MobileCarDetailPittsburgh.com His card says: At Your Home or Office Eco Friendly/Waterless, No Hassles, Friendly Service, Enthusiast Grade Quality Further, when we set up the appointment he encouraged us to have the work done at our house; we only live 15 minutes from his shop (which was empty the saturday we drove by to try to make an appointment) so it was hardly an inconvenience to drop the car off at his facility. Having the car done at our house was his suggestion. He also indicated that approximately 70% of his work was mobile when we were chatting at the house. When we asked him if he wanted to work either on the driveway or the garage; he said the driveway was fine. His most recent e-mail indicated and I quote in its entirety: " Hello: I understand you do not like your driveway. Which is also why I do not understand why you chose mobile when we offer drop off for that reason. Over 500 customers and rated the top 5% in 2 counties because we are the most eco responsible that you can possibly be. That means only excessive brake dust or fragile driveway materials which shouldn't of been done there. Our job is to detail our customers cars and make it conversation for them at their homes and that is what we did. If you wish to threaten me with angies list reviews, you can look silly and leave one. I will respond to you wish your name and you will be the only long review that is not A or below. Like I said, I am sorry you are unhappy with something besides the car (our job), but you really need to drop off if you are concerned with your driveway". Chuck's job is to detail cars and if it is done somewhere other than his shop, it is also his job to make sure he does not damage the property he is working on in the process. He is the one in the mobile car detailing business; that's his website address, that's his calling card, that's his business. Part of business is not just doing the job, but doing it in a way that does not destroy something else in the process. But apparently if you use his mobile service, which is his primary business model, and something happens to the area where the service is provided, it is your fault because you used his service????? There is nothing wrong with my driveway; it is basic concrete. If concrete is not an acceptable surface for this service I would expect the vendor to share that. I don't know if I have brake dust; again if this is possibly a problem it is up to the vendor to indicate that this could be a problem and maybe protect the surface - how hard is it to put down a piece of cardboard to do this. Again, this is his business - I would expect that he would know how to manage all of the various issues that could come up and take action, make recommendations accordingly if there are hidden hazards. We certainly didn't see any; we have a basic 7 year old Honda Accord in good condition and a basic concrete driveway; also in good condition. The long and short of this is that other than blame us for using his mobile service, which is his prime business model and making veiled threats to expose my name, he has done nothing. All I asked him to do was come and clean up after himself - no different than my painters did, my roofer did and I can go on and on about vendors who come to your house to do work do in terms of cleaning up any mess they make as part of their work process. By the way, the car itself came out fine. He was punctual and he replies to e-mails and texts. The replies are increasingly rude and make no business or common sense (any words in the quote of the e-mail that seem like a typo on my part, are actually his words), but he will respond to you. My advice would be to take Chuck's advice and "go to his shop" for your mobile car detailing because when he does mobile service that he so heavily promotes, if something happens, he takes no responsibility and blames you for using him in the manner he promotes. My other advice is if you do use Chuck at your home, don't do it in your driveway as apparently solid and good condition concrete is a fragile driveway material. Who knew. Gary Davis

Chuck and his assistant arrived at our home, on time and ready to go. We had him do the "stage 3" on each of our cars (Audi S4 and Cadillac SRX), which is the full interior and exterior detailing package. He uses a water free product. No mess in the driveway. All he needs is an outlet for the vacuum and a bit of time. Both vehicles took about six hours total. The Caddy is bigger. The Audi was dirtier. Both cars look as good as new. The Caddy is actually cleaner than when we picked it up. Both are spotless inside and out. Both cars smell clean, not like perfume or air freshener. The Audi is Phantom Black (multilayer black pearl color), and the finish is swirl free. This past winter was rough on the Audi, with the bad weather and time on the 'pike, and he managed to undo that abuse. Chuck used an additional product on the Audi, specifically for black cars, which gave the finish a lot more depth. The Cadillac is also the multilayer pearl finish (white) and it shines very well - and the chrome sparkles. There was some staining on the leather of the Cadillac interior which he and his team removed. Lots of salt and ash in the rugs on the Audi, which he also removed. I recommend Chuck's Car Detailing without hesitation and plan to use him in the future to keep our cars looking their best. He is prompt, courteous, professional and respectful. And the end results are excellent.

Very responsive and flexible. They even picked up one of my cars from the repair shop. Stage 3 looked great. The stage 1 wasn't quite as squeaky clean but looked pretty good. Got a discount for multiple cars. Will definitely go back to Chuck.

I don't think it could of turned out any better! Prompt, Professional and Detailed. I would 100% use them again and plan to use them again to get our VAN in top shape. My truck looks better than when I bought it.

They did an absolutely fantastic job! They brought it back to show room. These guys are terrific and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them. I was also impressed that they drove 40 minutes (from Bridgeville to Allison Park) to my house to clean the car. I would give them an A+.

He did a very good job probably better than we would have anticipated. They were very positive. He seems to know his business, what he was doing and what his job was.

Chuck and his teammate were prompt, polite, professional and did a great job cleaning and revitalizing a 2011 Honda Pilot and a 2003 Acura sedan. Both cars are like new inside and out. I would definitely recommend Chuck and his team.
