Vince and Dylan came in today for a mold removal job. They were ten minutes early and very courteous and professional. They finished the job an hour early and left clear instructions and expectations. I also learned about their odor removal services and will certainly be having them back!

The techs, Donte and Jeremiah, were on time, efficient, very pleasant, professional, and kept the mess to a minimum.

Techs called to say they would arrive 15 minutes later than expected, which was appreciated. They showed up at that time. They completed the work with minimal disruption and were very courteous and helpful.

Shawn and John came by within a week of me calling to schedule a duct cleaning. Both were exceptionally professional and polite as they worked. The entire service took about 3 hours. I promptly received before and after photos once they were finished,.They did a great job and I would recommend the duo to anyone!

Jeremiah and Dante arrived on time, were very courteous and accommodating to our needs (we kept our three cats in a separate room while they worked), and were diligent when assessing and cleaning our home's duct work. We have an older home and it seems that the duct work had never been cleaned - it was very dirty! We could see from the photos that they did a fantastic job cleaning and treating it. After using a coupon, the job cost us about $700 -- money very well spent. Thank you!

This is the second year I had my dryer vents/dryer cleaned by Bactronix Corp, and I couldn't be happier. Donte and Jeremiah did an amazing job. I run a non-profit cat rescue so not only does the dryer/dryer vents experience a lot of heavy use; they also handle significant cat fur. Donte and Jeremiah cleared both the vents (which were installed with various angles) and also examined the dryer and cleared the detritus inhibiting the dryer from functioning at optimal capacity. Success. I immediately tackled the several loads of waiting laundry - with a much healthier dryer. Highly recommend.

We had Bactronix clean our dryer vent. They have cleaned it in the past and did a great job. Jeremiah and Donte were very friendly and professional. They did a very thorough cleaning of the drying vent. They also cleaned up the dryer and vent area. They are definite assets to Bactronix. We will use Bactronix again.

The team at Bactronix was so easy to work with! From the time of making my first inquiry call to the teams arrival 2 weeks later, I felt very please with their customer service. They explain everything they're going to do over the phone and then in person when they arrive. The technicians I had, Bob and Frank, were super prompt and efficient (they were even sweet to my two dogs). It's really convenient that I was able to get a Saturday appointment during the busy season. My house was left smelling so fresh and clean after they sanitized my vents. Having my bathroom vent and dryer vents scrubbed and serviced made a huge difference in their performance. I definitely recommend Bactronix and would work with them again. They share before and after pictures with you and are honest about recommendations for your home for the future.

They showed up on time. Introduced themselves. Were very professional. Fixed some things I didn’t know needed to be done. They wore covers over there feet so they didn’t get the house dirty. We slept more peacefully after it was cleaned the air was a lot fresher. Jeremiah and Dante were excellent.

Carlos and Frank serviced my home for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and bathroom vent cleaning. They were on time, professional, courteous and respectful of the fact that i work from home. They answered all of the questions I had and offered some tips for me due to me being an allergy sufferer. I would highly recommend Carlos and Frank for service -- I have no doubt that anyone that has them for service will be just as pleased and happy as I!

This company is top notch. Nolan efficiently made an assessment of the mold in our ductwork and he was very informative as to how they would handle things. He provided a very reasonable price quote before he left the house. We had two technicians, Bob and Chris that called 1 hour prior to arriving. Bob and Chris showed up on time and explained everything that they would do. They did an excellent job cleaning the ducts. The inside of our ducts look brand new again. Bob and Chris cleaned up very nicely and left our house cleaner than when they arrived.
