The technicians at Bactronix have restored my faith that great customer service still exists. Shawn and John arrived on time, clean cut and well spoken. Another contractor was finishing up at my home. The Bactronix guys politely waited, then explained the process and got started. I noticed an immediate difference in the air quality when they were done. I highly recommend Bactronix, ask for Shawn and John, they did a wonderful job!

We are extremely impressed with this company from the first call with the owner, to the employees, and the end product of the cleaning. We will for sure use this company again.

I had the duct work in my apartment cleaned today for the 1st time probably since the building was built in 1984. Shawn and John did an amazing job of clearing everything, letting me know exactly what they were doing and cleaned up everything before they left. They also gave me some information that I'm going to pass along to the installers of the new heat pump when it arrives. I would highly recommend these guys and company to anyone!

Matt and David were so great! They were very personable and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. Our attic has never looked better and we have never felt safer! Would hire Bactronix again in a heart beat!

I recently had Bactronix complete a mold remediation and odor cleanup job in my furnace area. I had no idea who to call before a friend mentioned this company and within a week, Matt & Andrew, were out here saving me from what I had been living in. They did a great job and I will be using their services in the future for any other needs.

Our dad has smoked for 50+ years and finally decided to quit. Well, Bob, Matt, and Frank were super friendly and did an amazing job!! They explained everything they were doing and even showed us before and after photos. Extremely pleased and excited for my dad to breathe even cleaner air now!!

I contacted a handful of air duct cleaning services. Bactronix clearly and immediately presented a comprehensive list of services, a competitive price, and a thorough explanation of the process. My service technicians, Bob and Matt, were professional and friendly. After they left, my home was spotless --as if they hadn't even been there. I'll definitely call them again.

Shawn, Ian & John were my technicians. They called with plenty of time before my scheduled appointment, were on time and courteous when they arrived and introduced themselves. They explained the scope of work, walked through the house with me and then began their job. I work from home so they were careful to let me know where they were working and when. The price quoted was exactly the same as the final price so no surprises there. Immediately after they were finished, they emailed me the before/after pictures and provided a consultation for future maintenance. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services provided and would recommend.

My initial call was with Chris. He informed me of everything that would be done, how long it would take and the cost. Chris was also one if the technicians that did the work. Everything went wonderful. My air ducts are clean and I feel better about that. We've never had that service done before. Chris was very friendly, Informative and professional. Both technicians were.
