I would always use them again. They are very nice people, always responsive and let me know if there is anything else going on that needs to be taken care of. Any questions I had they answered in full and honestly let me know if stuff was going to cost me a lot or if there were ways to get around where it would't cost so much. They told me what they did, that everything was completed and see ya next time.

 + -1 moreI'm very pleased with them, I'd give them A's all the way through. I'd say they are very personable, seem to be very confident at what they do, very responsive for the problems. I started with them last year in the fall and have used them several times for the same car, which kind of a work in progress.
Description of Work: I use Auto Illusion. I have a car that's almost antique and they have done some significant work on that for me.
