It was excellent. He immediately responded to my inquire on his web site. He gave trouble shooting tips before he scheduled an appointment. He called and showed up on time. He told me exactly what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. He was very fast and thorough. He did not try to up sell or tell me I need a new furnace like the previous technicians. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this individual, especially to people in the Moon Township area as he is local there. He replaced a major part in the furnace and was extremely reasonable with the labor cost. He will be getting my business again!

It went very smoothly. Once the details were worked out, and the weather held up, he was able to install a wall mounted air conditioner/heater in my attic bedroom. A lot of work went into it since my house is old, and the wiring had to go on the outside of the house and then into the junction box down in the garage. He did an excellent job with everything, and took the time to explain how the remote works with the new unit.

Mr. Cipriani came on time with another worker. They performed maintenance on both HVACs and determined that the UV light needed changing. Then I was informed that they couldn't find replacement lamps. They left and came back the next day to do some other part of the maintenance. A few days later he called me and said he hadn't been able to find the lamps but he was still trying and will call me back. That was the last I heard of them.

Contractor has never showed up nor called back.

Aaron did a great job on our unit and was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job of communication and was also great about cleaning up. He even helped with us with a minor plumbing issue. All in all, we felt he went above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend his services.

I called this company for a second opinion after another company charged me $89.00 to tell me I needed a new furnace after just several minutes without even attempting to fix anything or look for the exact problem besides the fact that the furnace was older.. Aaron Cipriani came and looked at all the furnace parts and told me something was clogged preventing a burner from lighting. He cleaned that out and did get my furnace running safely. He spent about 45 minutes cleaning parts and getting the furnace working. He even cleaned up the bits he brushed out of the clog. All this work or only $31 more than the first company who did nothing. I thought he was very honest, polite and fair.

This is the third time we have used A P Cipriani. We have been satisfied each time. He has been very responsive and has resolved our problem each time. Wevwilluse him again.

When we hired him to install our new boiler system, we had gotten several quotes from other reputable companies in the area, however they were so expensive we were worried that we would have to wait to get the boiler done until we had more funds to work with. I kept looking for contractors on the BBB with A+ and no complaints against them and going by reviews of how honest/reliable they were and thankfully, we found Aaron's reviews and ALL of them were very favorable. So we decided to contact him and it's the best decision we ever made. We were able to get special financing through Keystone Help Financing, which his work is approved for financing through them for home energy loans, so having the new boiler system literally cut our heating costs by more than 50% during last winter. For our plumbing job, it was extremely complicated because of the structure of our home. He was able to do the work for us at a very reasonable cost and again, we are very happy with the finished work and his attention to detail and professionalism. We have recommended him to all of our friends, co-workers and families and if you want someone you can trust to do a fantastic job and that's honest, he is the person you want to hire.

He is excellent. I had a leaking water heater. He went out, got one and replaced it. He spent the whole day here getting it set up again. It was a big job.

Aaron and his assistant came on time & started to work at once & continued working until the job was done which took about three hours. They were very professional & Aaron answered any questions that I had. I will definitely call Aaron the next time I have plumbing work that needs to be done.

I was referred to APC by someone who used their service before and was very happy with it. I called to setup an evening appointment for the estimate. On the specified day, it turned out I was home earlier than expected so I called Aaron to see if he can come late afternoon instead and he did. That was very good that he was flexible like this. He gave me a written estimate that was more than $100 less than the competition. I called him the next day and setup a date for the work to be done. He called 3 days before to confirm and also pointed out that I should go to the PA heating rebate website and pre-register for my rebate (for 95% efficient furnaces). That was very thoughtful. He showed up on time the day work was done. He was very professional and everything went well. He left around lunch time to get the new ducting and retuned on time. He had to make two holes in the outside wall of the house for the vents and he patched those pretty nicely. Old equipment was all removed and he cleaned everything around the work area. Equipment was tested after installation and it worked fine. Experience was excellent. I must add that he did the work with the help of another gentleman that was also very professional.
