Shad and his team gave us a 1st rate roof. This is the 2nd roof they did for us. Excellent work. No BS. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. I have renters in this place. They told me went straight to work and cleaned up like they weren't even there. I'd say really good customer service. When I called with a question, they got right back to me.

Anderson was highly recommend by a family member, who thought they would need a new roof because of a leak in their relatively new home. Shad could have sold them a new roof. He saw the problem and did an excellent repair, saving them thousands of dollars. I called Anderson Construction to install a new roof on my older home. They were awesome! Excellent workmanship, quality product, and respectful of my property. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the owner and crew were, our family's new go to contractor.

I can't say enough good things about Anderson Construction. They have replaced four windows in my home on two separate occasions and I will continue to call them for my contracting needs. They always get the job done timely and they are clean. Most of all I feel comfortable with them in my home. I definitely recommend them for general contracting service in my area.

It was great! Bill and the other worker , Dave/Mike? Provided outstanding service. Bill explained clearly to me all of the work that they were about to do in and outside of my 91 year old mothers home. Excellent team!!

Great company. It was a big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. They redid the whole outside of my house, plus windows and built new wooden steps. They were punctual, polite, excellent workmanship. They encountered several problems while they were working and fixed them all. They cleaned up everyday. Shad checked the work everyday and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them for all your construction needs. Great price also!

Excellent service from initial bid to final clean up. I received an honest assessment of existing roof and got an excellent price for contract. Workers were punctual, professional and performed quality work. Clean up was thorough and total time for work was 2 days. Definitely recommend Anderson Construction to anyone needing roof replacement.

Very labor intensified job being a complete tear down of existing wall drywall including ceiling and installation of a replacement window. All new ceramic floor, walls, tub, electrical, plumbing, etc were installed. Excellent workmanship with attention to details according to our specs. Also, we expected a mess but not the case. All old materials were discarded without mess or dust and very pleased to say the least. Highly recommended.

At the end of the summer of 2019, Anderson Construction replaced my roof. This was a large job (approx. 40 squares) with single & two story heights to the house. The job also included the replacement of 6 skylights and removal of approx. 250 ft. of gutter guards/cleaning the gutters/replacement of the guards that were removed. All new flashing was included. The crew of 6 to 7 men attacked the job with enthusiasm. A dumpster was placed in the driveway close to the edge of the roof. The roof was removed in sections and covered with roof protective underlayment as a minimum to ensure no leaks, if it were to rain. This was a concern for me because the damage from leaks during the job would have been catastrophic. The old roof was carried to the dumpster as it was removed. I was surprised at how nicely the debris was contained with little debris dropping in the yard. Anything that did drop was picked up every day. The job took 4 full days. I found the crew very proficient, easy going, professional, hardworking, and worked as a team. The owner of Anderson Construction (Shad) was extremely easy to work with, his response was timely, pricing was reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with. His office support (Lynn) was also friendly & helpful. The finished job exceeded my expectations and I would enthusiastically recommend Anderson Construction to anyone looking for a new roof.

Great experience all around, from the initial call with Lynn, to the evaluation and estimate with Shad and finally the work performed by Mike and Dan. Everyone we dealt with at Anderson Construction was very professional. Shad was willing to spend a little extra time explaining what work they would do, who would be doing it and answered any questions we had about the project. We felt very comfortable choosing them for our project after his visit. Mike and Dan did a great job with the removal, the repairs to the framing and subflooring (which had some rot) and the replacement of the new sliding glass door. We were also very pleased with their solution to the exterior framing of the new door, which gave it a very clean and finished look that it didn't have before. They cleaned up the work site and left the it just as clean as it was when they got there. We look forward to working with Anderson Construction again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I couldn't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and quality of Anderson. The carpenter that did the job was done in no time and cleaned the whole entire area where he worked. Other than seeing a brand new front porch you would never know that he was there. Usually workers leave a least a cigarette butt behind...if he smoked..... I'd never know it!!! I have to also say, they have top notch customer response time as well. Great job!!!

We asked Shad from Anderson Construction to come up and give us an estimate. We had other estimates as well but they were all $2000 or higher than Shad's price. We also thought he was the most professional out of all of them. We had a leak in our home due to the condition of our shingles so he pushed us ahead of other jobs he had to do. They came the day before Thanksgiving and weren't finished by the end of that day so he asked his workers to come back on Thanksgiving day to finish the job and they did. I don't know what other company would do something like this. Plus the owner, Shad, came out on Thanksgiving Day to make sure the job was finished and done well. He also helped his employees clean up after the job was done. I highly recommend this company for a construction project on your home.

Work was performed exceptionally well given the impediments presented by the weather. Owner was very responsive to inquiries. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Shad explained the work in detail and provided various options without an over-hyped sales pitch and pressure. The crew was very congenial and willing to answer questions during the work. They also cleaned up very well each day. They did an excellent job re-framing the windows and improved weather proofing. The only issue I had was with a mix-up with the order on some of the soffit (installed ventilated soffit where it didn't need to be).

They were the best price for replacing siding on the front of My House. They closely matched the new stuff to the old. It's really close. The install crew was efficient and friendly. The Roof replacement went smoothly. The crew was just as efficient as the siding people. My self being a former CB, they would have fit in with any crew of Bees I have worked with. The weather was the issue on this job.

I'm extremely happy with Anderson Construction and the work that was done! Shad and Lynn were so nice and helpful with everything. Shad spent a large amount of time just coming out for the quote- he took the time to really look at the small details of my old roof and explained everything that would be happening. The men that installed the roof were very professional and I was amazed at how well they cleaned everything up! Shad stopped by to check on the job several times as it was happening. I was so happy with the whole process, it was very painless. I would definitely recommend Anderson Construction!

Great experience. I was provided a detailed estimate (invoice) that identified product name and cost. During my communication with Shad (owner) I was told what was happening with my project and when I could expect the job to begin. Everything was right on schedule. When I was told the materials would be dropped off, they were. When I was told that the roofing crew would be here on Thursday, they were right on time. The crew worked well together, pulled the old shingles off the roof, insured my roof was water tight before they left the job site on day one. They also cleaned up any debris that missed the dump truck before they left for the evening. The next day they were back again and finished the tear off and then roofed the entire house. Clean up was very good, as I only found a couple of items near my deck, but I would say overall they did an excellent job of clean up. The owner showed up each day, to check on the crew, and also stopped after the crew had left for the day to make sure my yard had been cleaned of any stray roofing material. I would definitely recommend this company (Anderson Construction) to anyone needing home repair. I will also use him with any future needs.

They fit my work in between their larger jobs. They were always available for questions and they followed up with me after the job to make sure I was happy with the work. I would definitely use them again for other projects. I found a level of trust with Anderson that other contractors are unable to fulfill.

Our gutter was falling off of our house after a rain store. Anderson Construction resecured both our front and rear gutters as well as cleaned them out for us. They also informed us of a spot on our roof that needed immediate attention and was honest about the condition of our roof. We were ready to replace our roof, but we were told we had about 4 more years of life left in it. The place were the tree had rubbed a hole in the roof was patched up with shingles left over from an existing job (they didn't match exactly, but were close enough) and they even cut the tree back for us that did the damage. They also noticed a place on our roof where we may have been taking in some water near our flashing? I was informed that they sealed that up as well. They did a very thorough walk through of the roof and made us feel confident in our decision to wait on it's replacement.

We had a representative come out to give us an estimate on new siding damaged by a fire. Representative said he will get estimate out to us since we had to get it back to our insurance company and attorney ASAP. It has now been almost 2 weeks and we have not received anything. I have emailed them. called them, and left voice mail. Was told that they would get it over to us that day since it is holding up our case. To date, have not received anything. No quote, no estimate, nothing. We have no choice but to use someone else. If this is how they treat potential new customers - how do they treat all customers?? Can not recommend.
