Airport Chem-Dry

Not much stood out, they just came to do good work. We were satisfied with the finished product that day.

The cleaning went great. The technician's were very professional and did a very good job.

It was great. They were very gentle with the furnishings and put everything back once they were done.

It went pretty well. They got the lighter stains taken off. The high traffic areas weren't cleaned as well as I hoped.

The two gentlemen did a great job. They were very fast and my carpet looks great. It looks like a brand new carpet and smells great.

All went well. Workers were friendly and professional. Work took about 1.5 hours. Carpets look very clean; many spots have disappeared or appear less noticeable. The office person (Melissa) handling scheduling was prompt, helpful, and professional.

Felt everything went excellent. They moved all my furniture and cleaned. Everything put back where it went. When they left the room was in perfect order. Placed plastic coasters underneath all the furniture to protect the carpet from the wood. Next time I have to clean my carpet I would definitely use them again! They were very careful with everything.

They do a pretty decent job. They're relatively inexpensive.

This didn't really work out for me. The carpets didn't come as clean as I expected them to. Even before they left, there were spots and soiled areas that just weren't really clean. I was very disappointed in the whole transaction. I didn't call them or complain or anything, but I just won't use them again. That's all there is to it.

My original appointment was for January 9, 2015 at 9am after they were already running late, they called to say that they could not make it as the gentleman's daughter was sick. I am now noticing that there are areas that look like they were not even cleaned.

Really liked the results. Men were professional, on time etc. Really liked that the process they used dried within hours. Liked that it did not fade rug (had previously a bad experience with other company) I did ask the rep on initial contact to also add sanitation (forget actual name of process) but that was not on order and was not done) Next time suggest verify all processes when workers call to confirm time

We had a small "emergency" upon returning from vacation...Our ducts were filthy & the dust finally let loose. The condo was black! The counters, the walls, everything. I knew the carpets needed cleaned, so I called Airport Chem Dry right away (as I have used them before & like them). The communication with them was great! They were able to come to my home (somewhat) last minute & finish the last phase of cleanup, the carpet. They sent a 2-man team & the guys were in & out in a reasonable amount of time. Carpet was dry by the end of the day & looked great. I am very happy with Airport Chem Dry & the guys they sent to our home. Very Professional.

brought two technicians easily moved furniture and put it back. The carpets have never looked so good. WIll not go back to steam cleaning! took maybe 2 hours to dry and no sticky film

The work was okay. The lady I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment with was friendly. Two technicians came for the work and they arrived on time. They had uniforms on, were professional, and cleaned up well. They spent about three hours completing the job. They clean with dry chemicals and this was the first time I have had this type of service done. I think that their costs were expensive. I did not notice a big difference between dry chemicals and wet chemicals. I do not think that it worth the cost. A couple of weeks after they completed the work, the perfumes went away and the pet odor did come back.

We were able to schedule and they came out quickly to do the service. They did a good job with the work. We have used them since that time.

Melissa was the main thing that sold this service to me. She responded immediately. She came out to my house and looked at everything i needed done, measured, and gave me an estimate. The other places I called wouldn't come out to he house for an estimate, and one wouldn't give an estimate at all. I felt like I'd known Melissa for years. she was extremely friendly and helpful and professional, so I didn't doubt the service her company would provide. The two men that cleaned, came exactly on time and worked quickly and thoroughly. Even though they were quick and efficient, I didn't have any doubt that they were doing an excellent job and knew they weren't skipping any steps of the process. I was very impressed with the work on my carpeted stairs, which i'm embarrassed to say I haven't even swept in a year. they vacuumed everything, cleaned, applied the sanitizer and scotch guard, then raked it out and swept again, (not positive of the order the last few steps were done) I know I could have gotten it done cheaper, but i have no doubt i wouldn't get the thorough clean and respect to my house and myself that this company gave me.

Ryan and Dennis did an excellent job. The carpets were fairly dirty in a couple spots and they got them looking brand new. Super nice guys and I would definitely use them again! They were on-time and the price was great. The carpets dried very quickly.

They were very nice. I didn't notice it was bad until after they left.

They did a beautiful job and they were priced great compared to other companies. Whenever I need this type of service I will definitely use this company. I would refer them to anyone who is particular. They were nice to deal with they were courteous and clean.

It went very well , some things were removed and replaced back. Very professional job was started and finished. I will use again.

Before they began the work this time I talked to them about the prior time they had cleaned the carpet and that the carpet stayed wet feeling all day instead of just 3 or 4 hours like they said and they said they would work on that this time and they did. The carpet was cleaned and dried within the 3 hours like they said. There was one heavy traffic area that they could not get completely clean but the rest of the carpet looked good.

The crew arrived on time and did the work in a thorough manner. They vacuumed and cleaned soiled spots first with resolve, then did the overall cleaning. Their process used very little water which helped drying time.

He was in and out very quickly and the carpets were stiff for a long time afterward.

They moved furniture, cleaned the carpeting, and replaced the furniture.
