From the moment Brian responded to my Angie’s list request, he presented himself to be extremely friendly and professional. He was very familiar with the type of water in my area and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He conveyed trust, integrity, and knowledge in our first conversation. Yes, I liked him right away! We set up an install date and time, he called the day before, and he and his son were right on schedule. There was a bit of a problem in the set up of my house, but Brian worked around it and figured out a way to make it work. I have been wanting clean water throughout my house for a long time, not thinking I could afford it. I had filters everywhere. Working with Brian was a great experience. I couldn’t be any happier and satisfied with the quality of the water running through my house now…it’s like night and day, the freshest, cleanest water coming out of every faucet!!! I had many questions and Brian was a phone call or text away, he responded immediately and was so very patient explaining all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable about water treatment and I would recommend Spring Rain and Brian’s quality, caring service to anyone looking to upgrade their home with clean fresh water!!! We were looking for a solution to our poor tasting water and contacted Brian at Spring Rain. He immediately explained the types of systems that would solve our problem and we set up an appointment. The installation went smoothly and Brian was so professional and patient in answering all our questions, The reverse osmosis system he put in makes our water taste amazing. No more funny aftertaste! A few days after the install, Brian called and followed up to see how we liked the system. Of course we told hi we loved it and thanked him for his prompt follow up and top notch service. We will definitely be calling Brian back when we need to upgrade our water softener as well.

Brian was awesome. Very knowledgeable and was able to assess the problem and give us a quote that day. Within 1 week of accepting the quote, we had our replacement installed. Brian answered all of our questions and again was very helpful. I would recommend for any water softener issue!

I began looking for quotes/information about whole home water filters due to a problem our recently installed boiler heating system is having. Brian started asking questions to try and diagnose the problem we were having and after about twenty minutes we concluded that the current water softener system that we have was no longer functioning properly due to age. It was this problem that was leading to our problem with the boiler. After some more discussion and understanding our situation Brian was able to make some recommendations to go forward. We are very happy with how Brian handled our situation from start to finish. After it was said and done we decided to replace our current system with a new system, that will require minimum maintenance, saved us floor space, and is more efficient than our previous system. I would highly recommend Brian for anyone who may need his particular services.

Purchased a home where Spring Rain had installed a system. Met with Brian and he taught me about the entire system. We made some improvements to simplify maintenance and everything has worked perfectly. Highly recommend Brian and team.
