Description of Work: Cleaned gutters & repaired roof vent pipes. It went well. They are personable and professional.

Description of Work: When Holencik inspected the old roof they found that it wasn't properly ventilated. They installed the new smart vent system as part of the roof replacement. What a difference with the new roof and ventilation system we are able to raise our A/C thermostat by 3 degrees. Holencik did a great job, they cleaned up afterward and were very professional. I would recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: The Office Manager or Secretary called me to get my information when I submitted the request to have our gutters cleaned. She said someone would be in contact with me to confirm a day and time. Then, while I was out running errands I get a voice mail from a guy saying he just stopped by and cleaned the gutters. I was confused because I was specifically told someone would set up a day and time...and I was expecting to be there. Then, a couple days after they "cleaned" our gutters, it rained and the water came right over the gutters just as it did before they came. I called them about the issue, left a message and never got a call back. Poor customer service and professionalism.

Description of Work: Half the roof was replaced. |Overall they did a good job on the roof. The issue was more about when they were going to actually show up. Could have been a bit more professional about letting us know they were or weren't going to show up.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and unblocked downspout (which others had missed). We were pleased with this work.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and did an awesome job! The gutters were filled with Maple tree seedlings. They cleaned out the gutters and then ran water down the gutters to make sure the drain pipes were also clear. I would definitely recommend Holencik Roofing to everyone.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from Jesse for my porch & garage roof. He was very prompt and professional. The only reason that I did not use his company was that he did not include the aluminum work that I needed to have done and he did not sell storm doors. If I only needed the roofs to be replaced, I would have used hid company.

Description of Work: I asked him to check the roof for any missing shingles or issues with roof and he walk around the property and gave the answer that you do not have any roof problem. I asked for any chargs for inspectin he replied none. I wold recomend him and use his services again.

Description of Work: Contacted Holencik to get a second quote on a roof leaking issue we had. Jesse arrived on time on the date and reviewed the paperwork and photos we had from other contractors. He inspected our leak issue and advised the "fix" we had in place was all that was needed. Impressed with Holencik's honesty - we will definitely use this contractor when we need roof repairs!
