bought service under "Angies special", and they came out promptly and did the work thoroughly. Nice job, and pleasant to deal with.

They were here on time, cleaned the gutters and checked for any problems. I asked them to check the roof while they were cleaning the gutters, which they did, and they found no problems.

In Oct. of last year they put a new back roof. And that was fine.They said they would return to repair the new gutters they had installed in 2011, when they were damaged in a storm shortly after they had installed them. They did not return to repair them. They said they would return to repair a leak/drainage problem which we had repeatedly asked them to fix. They did not return. Over a year has gone by and although they came to look at the problem on 3 occasions, they never came to do the work. I would not recommend them at all.

I received a call to schedule gutter inspection/cleaning promptly after I purchased "big deal" coupon. The work was done about 3 days later. They arrived on time and the service was done satisfactorily. Good timing, too! My clean gutters passed the test when Hurricane Sandy arrived.

Two workers came and cleaned out gutters, did a great job, were very personable.

It was simple to schedule and they did not insist that I stay home from work.

Work was performed on time and at quoted price. Roof warranty arrived when promised. All debris was hauled away and new roof looks great.

They scheduled me quickly and at my convenience. They were punctual, friendly and did a good job.

We called the next day and setup an appointment for 10/5. On 10/4, we had a knock on the door with the guys saying they were in the area and offered to do the service a day early which was great. We had a gutter that had come apart from the house, they repaired it and tightened up the gutters along the house as well as cleaned them out. Also let us know the condition of our roof was good and advice on what kind of roofing to go with if we ever have to redo the roof. The guys were prompt (in fact a day early), friendly and professional. They didn't try to upsell us anything other than what we purchased. We would definitely use them in the future if ever needed again.

It was excellent. They came and did the work. He identified some problems where vent pipes come up through the roof and he took pictures of it and showed them to me as this can cause bigger problems down the road. I’m planning on contacting them again to fix this soon.

They did a wonderful job, did everything they were supposed to do and showed up on time. I am planning to have them come back this fall. They were able to do the job while I was a way and left a card to let me know they had finished up the work.

We called Holencik's about noon to ask about immediate gutter cleaning for a house we were selling. Settlement was supposed to be the next day and we found some water in the basement near a gutter. Initially they said the cleaning could be scheduled in the near future11-2 days, not bad, and we said OK. About 10 minutes later one of their employees called and asked if he could do it immediately as he was in for the afternoon. He came, we used an *Angie's coupon and the job was quickly and efficiently completed. We have used Holencik Roofing for many years as they do high quality work, don't overcharge and know how to work on slate. We recommend them highly

Done when promised and completed ahead of schedule. Very happy with results.

1. Called - Salesman /Estimater came when he said he would - on time (wow) on time--- for a Contractor!!! 2. 4 Bids- Holincik was the priciest, but most complete estimate and local reputation was excellent. Everything was explained so I understood just what would be done & timing. (Very Professional) 3. Given start date - came after calling - 2 weeks early. 4. Roof "tear off crew" (6) came in to remove main and 2 secondary roofs. 5. Zero mess when they left - all roofs covered up. 6. Called "Is it ok to start installation at this time?" 7. 10% of roofing was shingles and 90% was flat roof using commercial Duro-Last with 15 year warranty. 8. Work was done in 100 degree + temperatures like it was normal temperature - not a "heat wave" - IMPRESSIVE! 9. Work completed 100% plus extras as rip off crew had to replace 10 sheets of plywood. Note (we were charged less than quoted for per sheets installed on top of the Angie's list 5% discount and received a 5% cash discount for paying by check. 10. After project was completed we waited for a while to give a review, to make sure it was ok. It rained almost every day and "NO PROBLEMS"! 11. I found with the product using insulation (under) Duro-Last (white and lt gray) a 15 to 20 degree drop in inside home temperature. 12. Warrantys on products and 5 year workmanship received after final payment and letters from both Jesse and Rachel Holencik. A follow up call to make sure everything was "ok" - (please call us if you have any problems.) We found the Holencik team to be exceptionally professional, product and project knowledgable. A Holencik family member was on site from start to finish ( AGAIN - IMPRESSIVE)! So, from the Moser family to the Holencik family - Thak you --- MONEY WELL SPENT!

Crew arrived on time and performed stated services.We mentioned a problem area with our gutters and they said they removed a lot of leaf litter from that section. The problem with that section seems to have been resolved. They also did a quick assesment of our roof per our request.

It was a pleasure to work with Shawn and we are very pleased with the new gutters.

The job was well done even though the workers had to fight off wasps. They cleaned up the area. Very satisfied with their work.

I used one of the Angie's List Big Deal coupons to hire Holencik Roofing. Compared to the other companies, $89 for gutter cleaning was a great deal. The two workers were a little bit late (maybe 30 minutes or so), but I understand that things happen and I was not upset at all. Shawn and his co-worker checked my gutters and refit/resealed where needed. The job was done exactly as expected. Shawn even let me know about a potential roofing issue for the future. He showed me photos so I could understand the possible issue. Overall, it was a good deal and I would hire this company again.

They were friendly, professional, and thorough, but there price was higher than other estimates we got.

These people are so awesome. Their pricing was perfectly reasonable. I would say they weren't the cheapest but they were far from being the most expensive. Their installation was excellent. They showed up on time and were neat about what they did. I first actually noticed that company driving down the road one day. I saw them on a job and saw the truck there. The truck was so neatly organized. It was the first thing that caught my eye. It was just the way they comport themselves. A little item on the side. Each of the technicians came out to the job with a sweatshirt with their name on it. which I thought was a neat little catch. Their work was suburb.

Prior to retiring I was in the field construction and construction inspection industry for 35 years. As a roof replacement can't be inspected by the owner from the ground, all you can do is trust that the contractor does their job correctly and within industry norms. What can be seen and judged is how your property is treated. My experence with Holencik Roof was not sattisfactory for the following reasons: 1. Bad leak discovered within an hour after job completion. During estimte and pre construction mold on garage ceiling drywall from an existing leak was pointed out to estimator and crew. This was only known bad spot on the roof. Even the owner came to the site to see and direct the repair of the chimney flashing to properly roof this leakage area. On a Saturady afternoon the job was 99% completed except for a "few" caps that would be completed the following week. As luck would have a light rain happened within an hour after they left. The roof was installed incorectly and for this first time in our five year ownership it came running down the wall. Owner stuck with collecting water, and cleanup for Saturday and Sunday. A correct repair was made mid week. Contractor explained that foreman didn't follow owners instructions. 2. I was clearly told by the Saturday foreman that he completed the wiring to the new roof fan and that it was operatable. When I didn't hear the fan operating I sent a message to manager. As I withnessed four days later, the fan was not wired at all, the control box just hug down from the fan with no power wire to it. Completed by contractors electrical crew on following Wednesday.Why not just tell me it would be done at a later date? 3. Roofing materials and paper was not completely policed up at the end of any workday. I had to go to neighbors properties and pick up large packing paper, remove it from my pool and pretty much all around my home. This aspect was blatantly overlooked by the crew. 4.. Even though I offered the entire use of our paved driveway, contractors men left large ladders, materials and tools on well maintained lawn even after I instructed worker that I "did not want the grass to be used for overnigh storage". This includes over weekend period.. I was not happy that I had to move off grass. 5. Crew did not use any protective coverings during this project. Two year old Trex decking was marked by numerous shingles that slid off of roof. (owner cleaned) Six month old 20,000 watt Generac generator also hit by falling shingles marking and scraching. Covering could have been easly done but wasn't.THE CREWS WERE NICE AND POLITE, BUT ON GROUND PRACTICES LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED.PHOTOS PROVIDED TO OWNER AND GENERAL MANAGER AS PROOF OF MY ISSUES.PS. We were happy with them so we even kept the sign up out front for a while. They were excellent. They were very careful with the shrubbery underneath when they removed the old roof. They were very thorough. They seemed to have a pretty professional crew doing the work. We had no complaints. They came out right away after Irene went through. They called and they came when they said they were going to come. We would recommend them.

We requested estimates from several highly regarded local firms and were most impressed by Holencik's proposal and price. The Holencik team provided first-rate service from beginning to end. Jesse Holencik's description of the work to be done was clear and precise, as was the written proposal he provided. The roofing team arrived as scheduled, worked steadily, and installed the new gutters and downspouts without in any way compromising the stucco, wood, and brick siding of the house or the landscaping. Shawn, the team's leader, kept us informed at each stage of the work.
