Description of Work: Originally hired this company to repair 9 dog doors; remove & replace double front entry door & frame; replace florescent light ballasts; repair damaged drywall (remove 6' damaged section, replace, tape, spackle & sand); install storm door lock; replace broken front entry door lock with new door lock and deadbolt; & install floor registers. I liked the work & the workers, and brought them back to remove water damaged wood panelling & replace with drywall; paint; and install a utility sink. I will be calling them again for additional work, and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Joe responded very quickly to our request for an estimate for multiple jobs that needed to be completed around our home. Very professional and nice man. Recd written quote very soon both by email and mail. Was willing to schedule us quickly as needed. We would have liked to use them, however his estimate was approx. twice the amount of 2 other handyman services we recd estimates from, for the same jobs and same time factor. We did go with another handyman who completed the jobs for much less, in a professional manner as well..

 + -1 moreVendor returned call as promised on voice mail and scheduled work to fit my timeline. Workers were polite, competent, and went above and beyond in customer service. We had 2 cats in residence and they were careful with doors to basement and outside to make sure they did not "escape." When work scope was more than expected, they had the tools and expertise to remedy all issues. Upon noticing unattached heat duct work, they reattached and taped while they were there doing the other work. Due to physical limitations, I could not get into the space and was pleased they could be my eyes and hands to get the job done right.
Description of Work: Removed debris from low crawl space and reinstalled insulation that had come down.

Description of Work: Cleaned, sealed off water damage to ceiling back wall of bedroom - removed damaged ceiling. Skim coated; spackled 3 coats. One coat primer; one coat ceiling paint.

The repairs were all completed well and quickly. My tenants were also very pleased! I will definitely use them for any future repairs for my rentals. Description of Work: Joe and his crew did work to my house after I got his information from the Home Show in Allentown, PA. They tore down the ceilings in my living room and dining room, removed all debris, replaced ceilings, spackled the ceilings and painted both rooms. While working they found some other things that needed to be looked at that we didn't know about and dealt with while the ceilings were removed. Through Joe I found a reliable plumber also! Very nice to work with, friendly and courteous. Totally cleaned up every day. Highly recommended!
