Brian was great. He managed to come by on the same day I called and he kept me updated on his arrival time. I needed to change the springs on 2 single car doors, and he did and awesome job! He had to change an additional part and re-balance the doors, adjust the chain, change one light, and other additional fine tuning an he stayed within the agreed budget (which was reasonable to begin with). I would definitely recommend him.

Update 04/02/2019: The wall controller lost power, I called Brian. He came within an hour and got it fixed, also adjusted the vertical hangers. I give the 5 stars. I am happy about everything except the opener hanger. One of the two vertical hangers is not parallel to the other, eyesore.
