From initial contact through the finished job, Brian kept in contact, provided an honest estimate with out trying to sell me things I did not need, and even fixed the light on my opener without even thinking to charge me extra. How I wish all contractors were like this one! Made the appointment on Wednesday for Friday. Brian called me on Friday morning to confirm. He arrived on time, examined the garage door and confirmed that the issue was a stripped gear wheel. Took him less than an hour to replace it. He also changed my light bulb, and lubricated the system. His price was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone, and eminently fair for the work done. I will share Brian's name and number within my community, and no one will touch that door except him! Thank you!

Brian owner of Tri-City advised us that the current garage door opener was just fine, programed the key pad and for my auto. The other wanted to charge $475 and quoted $2,000.00 for garage door, Brian did same exact door for $1,225.00. Nether one knew price or if I had another bid, he did entire job in 2 1/2 hours by himself and cleaned up after job completed. I would recommend Brian to anyone, a fair price and good work. Again, thank-you Brian.
