sales person showed up at the house spoke with my wife. I told my wife to have this person call me when he/she got there. he called me and asked me what the wiring was like, where it was, etc. He did not insist on entering the house to check out the wiring otherwise, I would have called my wife and told her to let him in to inspect wiring. Sales person told me on the phone that he would call me back with an estimate. Several days went by with no response. I emailed the company and received a message back from a Steve Hill, director of sales. Here is a copy of his email: Hello Tom! Upon careful consideration we are going to respectfully decline the opportunity to perform this installation request. This decision was based on the fact that we were not permitted to survey the interior scope of work at your home, and also, we choose not to mount an outdoor antenna without ensuring the internal wiring of the home is working according to standard. There is no way for us to guarantee that the rooftop HDTV antenna is mounted and configured in the precise line of site to achieve optimum signal performance without testing upon completion, which is something you prefer we do not do. Hopefully we can be of assistance in your future home technology needs. THE SALES REP THAT SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE NEVER INSISTED ON ACCESS INTO THE HOUSE. HE SAID HE WOULD CONTACT ME BY PHONE WITH AN ESTIMATE.
