Description of Work: Installed carpet in family room. Excellent service, family owned business. Not the cheapest because they dont do the volume that the chain stores do, but the service and quality installation were worth it.

Description of Work: Selection was extensive and Cathy and Jack addressed all of my questions and concerns. There was no pressure and I spent as much time as I needed to take home samples and even have some ordered and mailed to me. Once the carpet arrived at the storehouse I wasn't ready for it yet so it was held for me for several weeks without extra charge. The installers were punctual, polite and fastidious.

+ -1 moreAlthough I was promised discounts, Wolfberg carpets found other ways to make the job more costly - as in they ordered much more carpet than what was needed. I have enough carpet to redo one and a half bedrooms! I was impressed with the quality of carpet and the work they did laying it - the carpet does look amazing! My house is a maze and there was a lot of heavy furniture, and the guys who were hired to lay the carpet did a great job. Also, I was impressed with the sales agent. She spent a lot of time with me helping to decide exactly what types of carpet I liked and also needed in my house. Would I use Wolfberg carpet again? Not sure - they did a great job but I spent much more than I planned and they ordered way too much carpet.
Description of Work: Carpets were replaced throughout the house. Wolfberg arranged for delivery and installation, including tearing up old carpets and moving furniture.
