The move was a mess from the start of when they entered my house, the man told us he didn't have enough manpower and would have to come back with more men, then 30 min. later he decided to move the Steinway which was dropped and broken. The Nickelodeon was not lined up with the screws so it wasn't installed properly. The clock was not assembled. Nothing works.

The quote price vs what we paid for has a huge difference… we went with them cause the quote was cheaper than the other companies.. they do not take any cards, its either cash, venmo or check, for venmo they do a 2% extra charge which was told to us much later but didn’t have to pay for it as the transaction was already done by they mentioned it… also the email quote vs what we were billed was different.. eventually they went with what they had emailed us… we do understand that the emails were all estimates and time to move may vary.. but a 2.5 hr job when out to be 4.5 hrs.. which we do understand the bill but what was unacceptable was the finger prints all over the house. Also, we did mention we needed to undo the bed and re do them , took a good while for them to get this but weren’t done properly at all, instead we realized they missed out on so many screws and werent tight that we had to undo it and buy the screws and redo both the beds.. alot of pins for bookshelves went missing too…

Movers called me when they were 15 minutes away & were on time. Very nice, well mannered professionals. They got down to the task at hand & loaded my furniture into their truck with care. They were following me to storage unit and driver explained he drives slower as to not jostle the furniture. All & all. No issues! Very nice guys! They worked efficiently & I'm going to see if they have a date open in September for when my new place is ready! Highly recommend!

I would not hesitate to hire this family-owned moving company. They were very capable and respectful of our home. They placed our furniture exactly where we wanted it and were very careful about placement. In addition to being very professional, they are very personable. Matt had a lovely conversation with my husband about their respective familial backgrounds.

I hired this mover, he did not show up, he did not call me back, his voicemail box was full, and he did not respond to text messages. He left me in a lurch.

Working with the Krmpotich movers was a great experience. They were on time, Matt and his crew were very pleasant throughout, and they made moving as painless as it could be. I had a few pieces of glassware my grandfather gave me that required special packaging and handling, the guys took extra care of these and were willing to listen as I explained the handling instructions. Really just a great overall experience with their team, I’ve had moving nightmares in the past and this was such a relief!

They care about their clients needs and offer sound advice to help the client with the various considerations the client might confront and perhaps were unaware. Mssrs. Matt Krmpotich is the quintessential Gentleman Mover. My family has a long history of collecting antiques that our ancestors brought over from Europe. These have been passed down from generation to generation and are priceless. Matt and the guys handled every with item with the utmost care and precision. They were extremely kind, pleasant to deal with, and handled some high maintenance people from my household who I will not name, gracefully. They were on time, ready to work hard, did things beyond the call of duty, and never complained. I was really impressed with their professionalism. 10/10 would hire again.

Matthew Krmpotich and his team were extremely polite while handling my fine art, baby grand piano and other household items. Matt Krmpotich and his team moved our household furniture and boxes and bags from storage to a new house. They did a good job - working at a continual pace and taking care to wrap items as needed and consulting where to put them in the new place.

David Krmpotich scheduled a move of a dining room hutch today, and then never showed up at all. When you call the line- the mailbox is full, it rings and rings, and he neither responded to the phone calls or tests that were sent to him. After moving down the reviews, if you go far enough, you see that this is a recurring issue that this moving company has. If you want communication, accountability, and someone who will actually SHOW UP to do the job, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Matthew Krmpotich, and his crew, arrived at my apartment and began to remove all my apartment furniture and pack in into the moving van. During the whole move they were very polite and efficient. Among my possessions were three large glass table tops and a large dresser mirror that I was especially concerned about as they could not be replaced. These pieces were expertly wrapped and arrived at my new residence perfectly intact along with everything else. The Krmpotich moving crew took special care to ask where everything was to be placed in my new house and then did so with great care. They made our move as carefree as possible. Very professional.

I was quoted $300-$360 to unload my 7-foot POD into their truck, transport my furniture & boxes less than 6 miles (about 15 minutes drive) and load them into my apartment. Their minimum was 2 hours for $300 I knew they had another short (2-hour) job that morning, and was told to expect them around 11am. They didn't call until they were on their way, nearly three hours after we expected them. They showed up at our POD and spent less than 30 minutes unloading it into their truck. Then, instead of taking our stuff directly to our apartment, they went to yet another job. So my husband had to sit around for another 3 hours waiting for our things to arrive at the apartment. Who does that? No explanation about why that other job was more important than finishing our job and wasting my husband's entire day for a job that would have been done in under 2 hours. To add insult to injury, they then demanded $430 without an explanation for the difference. Meanwhile, they damaged my husband's desk. My husband paid them, which I wouldn't have. We expect to need movers in the area at least twice more as we relocate from Portland, OR, to the Philadelphia suburbs, and we definitely will NOT be hiring this company again.

These guys were fantastic. No issues with damage of any of the furniture, they were there in the timeframe they said they would be there for at the price they quoted. I will never move on my own again.

Once they arrived they were fine,but they did not behave professionally about their delay, 5 hours late is terrible. Also they had called at 11am saying we'll be there soon we are just coming through the Lincoln Tunnel, then 5 or 6 hours laterthey arrive!
