QUAKER SHEDS

The entire process with Quaker Sheds was painless, which is pretty hard to find, I have had a number of renovations done and its one giant headache, having the shed done fortunately was not. If it wasn't for Quaker Sheds building the shed on-site I would not have been able to get a pre-made shed into my fenced in area.

They were reasonably priced. They completed the work in the allotted time; they did what they said they would do. I would say that the owner brought his dog who chewed up a cover that I had from a wood pile that I was not really pleased about. But they were okay. At the end of the day he went above and beyond his call of duty and found the shingle that matched my house so I was pleased with them.

We had Vito, the owner of Quaker Sheds, come out to our house to give us an estimate. He was very informative and helped us decide what the best size shed would be and what the various options are. He was very honest and was not a "salesman". He left us a brochure which clearly broke down pricing and design options. I appreciated that there were options for the shed that we could choose to do ourselves to save money. For example, we built the gravel pad that the shed sits on which saved us money (but was a lot harder to do than we thought). Also, we chose to paint the shed ourselves to save money and also to match the color of our house. I checked one other shed company for price comparison and Quaker Sheds was significantly more affordable (and still very high quality). We called Vito a few days after the estimate to schedule and they were able to come out to build within 2 weeks. They built the entire shed onsite. It is extremely well built and sturdy. The 2 workers that built the shed were courteous and worked very hard. They were at our home from about 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. It looks great and we are so happy with the end result. The design was exactly as we had pictured and the quality is top notch.

It went very well. We were a little nervous because Vito seemed a bit lost or confused by some of the details we requested -- not finishing the exterior, we increased the size, and wanted special anchors used. There wasn't a problem at all though. They showed on the date they said they would and build exactly what we contracted with them for. It's well built and they did great job. Vito is an absolute character which made us a bit nervous but he added a bit of whimsy to the entire process. I would recommend using them!

OVERALL WAS POSITIVE. OUR CONTACT VITO WAS NICE, BUT SOMEWHAT DISORGANIZED. WE ALWAYS CAUGHT HIM ON THE ROAD. BUT THE WORKER DID ARRIVE ON TIME AND WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SHED TURNED OUT NICE. THE WORKER COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT NEATER BUT NOTHING MAJOR.
