The company communicated fast and clearly in terms of scheduling the work and kept their word showing up on time as discussed. They offer very reasonably pricing for the beautiful work that they do. They worked efficiently and we had a beautiful result. It probably would have taken me 2-3 times as long to do the work that Terrence did. They covered up the 100-150 screws and the pain looks great. The worker was professional, friendly and polite. He showed me the work as he went along asking how I would prefer things to look. He also spackled and prepped a few areas on the wall that are now ready for me to pain just as asked. I could not be happier with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were absolutely fantastic. I was concerned about how the demolition of the mirrors would go and what the walls would look like after, but Ryan said they'd look great and he was right! The workers who came to our house were professional, punctual, courteous, and friendly. Everything was done in a professional manner by people who know what they're doing and insist on quality. One of the workers was sick during the week and was dealing with another job on which he was the lead so the job took a little longer than the 5 days we expected. However that worker came out on Saturday, Monday morning and Wednesday morning at our convenience to finish the job. The few things we pointed out that were not perfect they fixed without question or complaint. They even did some patch work on some holes in a door and a wall that my sons had made previously that wasn't even on the docket. When we saw how the drywall met the wood on the stairs (previously was carpet and mirror) and didn't like it, the worker suggested adding some trim to cover it. We bought it - he measured, cut, installed and painted it. Totally not even in the original plan, but looks terrific. Also want to say that as a female I usually don't like being home alone with male workers if I don't feel comfortable. These guys were just wonderful. Family men. Super nice and considerate. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. We will definitely recommend Patch & Paint Pros to my neighbors (who also have mirrored bathrooms!!), friends and family. We will definitely be using them again for the next room we renovate.

We paid a significant amount for these services but we got our money's worth. The level of detail in the quote is something you don't see often with contractors and it gave us the opportunity to easily eliminate items that were not in the budget. Given the extensive nature of the project, it took about a month to complete from start to finish. Part of the delay was due to other contractors. Through our extensive renovation, Ryan was very accommodating and flexible with the schedule. When we had concerns about some of the work being performed, Ryan addressed our concerns in a polite and professional manner. He's a very fair gentleman and gives you quality work. We will absolutely use him in the future.

We scheduled an appointment and he was a no show. I then called him and he claimed he double booked me then said he will try to get someone out here today. I already called off work and felt this was an inconvenience.

Ryan was prompt easy to work with on getting out to provide an estimate. Scheduling was okay. Ken came out made a really bad uneven wall and ceiling look like it was straight with the drywall repair. He also cleaned up any small holes or other issues in the rooms that he was painting. There was some small bubbling in the wall related to the old water damage in a bedroom. Everything turned out great, and when there was an issue with getting to my place they were always communicating. In the end, everyone is very happy with the work.

Ryan, the owner, is a young professional who is very kind and courteous. He responded promptly to my inquiry and arranged to come for an estimate quite soon after contacting me. He is very informative and knowledgeable. He came out for the original estimate and sent the final document by e-mail attachment. He makes good decisions as he oversees work sites. Ken did the bulk of our work. He is skilled and experienced in many areas of home improvement. He put up new dry wall in the bathroom and in our family room so that they were ready for us to paint (our choice). He also solved a problem with the new mirror in the bathroom that was not big enough to go between the studs. the finished walls look great! I found him to be quite personable, and he offered helpful solutions and suggestions. He was a pleasure to meet and have in my home. Ken worked hard and produced a professional-looking end product. Also Patch and Paint Pros easily arranged to have an electrician they work with to come out the next day to provide needed electrical work. I highly recommend Patch and Paint Pros. The price was fair and reasonable, and this is a company with high ethical and professional standards. Plus--the people are nice!

Amazing! It looks as though they replaced all the drywall. Ryan is also very responsive to every phone call. I never had to leave a message. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Much better than expected! Excellent work!

i knew this was going to be a good experience at the outset. Ryan provided a very detailed and well thought out estimate on the scope of the work. Thus, there were no misunderstandings. This was very important to me because we were dealing with so many rooms (kitchen, bedroom, hallways and family room) with cracks in walls and ceilings to be 'patched' followed by a lot of priming and painting. i told Ryan this project had to be done by a certain date as I was hosting a family reunion at my home. So some of the work was scheduled for Sat as well. The team was great - especially Ken who spackled some deep cracks. The quality of his work is exceptional. The result was perfect! As with many projects, there are always unpleasant surprises. We started and then discovered 'mushy' drywall in one area of my kitchen had to be replaced. it was unexpected and had to be dealt with. Ken even came to my house on Sunday because the seams of the drywall d he replaced (the prior day) had to be filled in, sanded and primed. After the project was finished, I noticed a few minor imperfections in a ceiling. I contacted Ryan and he sent one of the team back out to correct it within two days. The end result ? everything was done to my satisfaction and looks fantastic. The team was extremely professional and worked to get everything done on time. I will definitely contact them again.

We had a problem with the paint bubbling and peeling immediately after the job was completed so initially we were not satisfied. However, we reached out to Ryan who was extremely accommodating and returned to fix the problem immediately. Our issue was a very uncommon one and Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to identify and rectify the problem. We are thrilled with the end result and impressed by the company's professionalism and dedication to quality.

The whole job went fine. Ryan, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and patient in answering all my questions. He provided a detailed estimate so I would know exactly what each item would cost. The painters were pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure that everything that couldn't be moved was well covered and protected and they were very neat. I will be having them come back for a second round sometime in the near future.

They arrived on time each day and definitely knew their stuff. The ceiling we thought would never look the same looks perfect now. They had some good suggestions and they worked well and finished in the time frame given on the estimate. We will definitely use them again when we have painting jobs.

I wasnt able to get the services completed in the time frame i needed. I feel that a provider shouldnt have a deal if they cant do it within 2 weeks.

His team is very professional, did a first rate job at a very reasonable price and came back and did some touch ups after our new floor was laid. My wife is a bit of a perfectionist so whenever she spotted something that she was unpleased with, with no complaints at all, the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The job went very well and was very nicely done. The job was completed on time and they even came back and painted a radiator that was missed. (It wasn't included on the estimate either but they came back and did this free of charge)

He repaired our bathroom ceiling and painted. He also fix some other imperfections in the ceiling. He did a great job and was punctual and cleaned up afterwards.

We were very impressed with Patch and Paint Pros from the beginning. We called a number of companies beforehand but this one stood out. Honest, up-front, and great pricing too! They are always professional over the phone and in person. They came to see the work that needed to be done the same day we spoke to them. They provided us with a detailed estimate in writing shortly thereafter. When we decided to go ahead with the work, we were fit righ in a few days later. Kenny and Richie arrived on time and ready to go. They were very friendly. They took extra care to make sure that our carpets and furniture were well-protected. We thought we had the paint for the stairs, but upon opening the can, they found that we'd used krud kutter to dry the paint out. They rolled with it and went out to find the paint that matched the rest of the room. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and better than we expected. We are pleased and will definitely use their services again.

His workman Ken did the actual job which was installing new drywall with Roxul insulation (for soundproofing the sewage line in back of the drywall), finishing and painting the drywall and shelves that were previously there (He provided one new shelf). The job was done on-time, neatly, professionally and looks great. I am very pleased with every aspect of the work provided. If you need drywall/painting, Ryan is the guy to call!

Ryan Owsiany, Owner, came out to the house to a**** the projects I had in mind. He sent me a detailed estimate via email which I thought was fair. He didn't mind adjusting it a bit lower when I said I could do the priming and painting of the drywall myself. The workmen arrived each morning promptly and went right to work. The closet project has to wait for an outside roof repair that was evident after a heavy rain on Day 2. They will come back to complete that job. The old plaster had been removed and the the lath and joists were exposed and reframed in the closet. Richard called my attention to the leak and said they couldn't go ahead with drywall until we had the roof repaired. I pointed out some small plaster cracks in other rooms and they fixed those for me. The crew is polite, very professional with years of experience and they are highly skilled at what they do. If they had questions, they asked. They also asked if I had a preference if there was different ways to do something.They are meticulous about keeping the debris contained. Doors and every surface was covered with drop cloths and plastic sheets. They swept and vacuumed before departing each day. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Ryan Owsiany and the Patch and Paint crews with out reservation.

If you are considering painting your home; you have to meet Ryan. He is professional, always on time and very cost efficient. He listened to everything we wanted to accomplish and how we wanted the color scheme to appear; he gave us his professional opinion and helped us choose the colors that would flow best through our open floor plan. The gentlemen that work with him were very respectful of our time, our home, our children and our pets. The end result was beautiful! Everyone who has come to our home has raved about our color choices and the appearance of the paint. We did collect other quotes, and I have to say that price is important but it is not everything. Although Ryan's quote was very reasonable - it was his willingness to work around our crazy schedule and ensure that he and his crew were able to complete everything we needed quickly and efficiently.
