Patch & Paint Pros

Overall the look is similar to what I do but what I was expecting is a better quality. In addition I paid a high fee for what I was told would be staffed with 2-3 people to get the work done quickly. Instead, it seemed that the project dragged on forever since only 1 person was assigned to the majority of the tasks. Occasionally an additional person would show up to help.

It went very well! A shout out to Greg and Chuck for the excellent job! Also, thanks to Ryan for promptly answering my call and coming over to provide us with an estimate.

From Ryan's initial estimate, which included some minor repairs, to the follow-up and offer of a winter discount by Josh, to the careful and excellent work by Luis and Ken, all went very quickly and we are delighted with the end result. Luis and Ken moved and later replaced all the furniture, checked at each stage of the way to be sure we were happy with the paint color, and were a pleasure to have in the house.

I called Patch & Paint Pros after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. Ryan came out and we went over the work that would be done, how long the job would take, and I asked for an estimate. I received the estimate without issue and let him know that as soon as the plumbing repairs were finished I'd be in touch to set an appointment. We ran into multiple delays with the plumbing, so our start date was delayed. Patch & Paint Pros is very busy, so they seem to be booking a few weeks out. Ryan sent two workers for the job. They were very friendly and professional. We went over the estimate, but there was some miscommunication about the amount of materials required, so there was a bit of a late start the first day. Once they arrived back they got right to work and I headed out for the day. This was a time intensive job that required patching multiple holes in the ceiling and mudding over some seams that we were very unhappy with from a previous job. P&PP's workers did a great job getting all the seams filled and the ceiling looks fantastic. They did a good job cleaning up (missed a few small things, but not a problem) and were very polite and respectful throughout the process. They really went above and beyond in the work, fixing some imperfections in the bathroom walls that were not originally part of the job. We couldn't be happier. The job ended up not taking three full days, so Ryan has let me know that if there's any touch-ups needed they'll come out free of charge.

technicians did a beautiful job and even were able to schedule it on a weekend as the were classrooms in a child care center. The work was exceptional and the clean-up was too. Everything was ready for Monday morning as promised!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. We had Patch and Paint Pros redrywall and paint our son's bedroom over this past Spring break. They showed up to give an estimate promptly and their price was comparable to other estimates, if not better. They were able to complete the work within the timeline and the bedroom came out looking great. Very happy with the friendly service and the results.

Quick response to my initial inquiry. Did not need to connect me with another subcontractor to make an appointment. Arrived promptly at scheduled time. Professional, courteous, and personable. Unexpectedly due to humidity the repainting took 3 working days total to dry, but the finished result was as promised. Will use again. Personal thanks to Ryan and Dominic for their flexibility and their professionalism.

It went really well. I left a message and received a call back within 24 hours. I was requested to send a picture of what needed to be repaired to see if it could save a visit. Ryan decided that he needed to come out and see the space. I asked for a quote for the closet and for several other areas of the house and I requested that each request be broken down separately on the quote. It was nice to see when I received the quote that he honored my request to have the price broken down based upon each request. I decided to only get the master bedroom closet fixed since it was the first time using Patch & Paint Pros. The appointment was scheduled and on the day of the appointment, Andrew showed up at my door on time and ready to go! Andrew was extremely conscientious and careful to tape up the closet before pulling down any of the drywall since our clothes were still in the closet. Once he was done patching everything up, he cleaned up the closet and it looked like he had never been there. I was really impressed with his professionalism and overall friendliness. He made me feel comfortable with him in my house and the quality of his work made me comfortable with Patch & Paint Pros. I will definitely use them again and I will ask to have Andrew back because he was great!

Ryan came out for the estimate - he was very observant & pointed out areas which needed fixing, some of which I hadn't noticed. Ken and Greg did a great job - they were detail-oriented, friendly & pleasant. They reviewed the progress made at the end of each day, addressed all my questions and met my expectations. The rooms look great!

Patch and Paint Pros (PPP) was recently (July/August 2016) hired by me to drywall closet walls that were damaged during a demolition and paint risers that were recently finished, as well as paint new baseboards that were installed by a flooring contractor. PPP was excellent from the very beginning - starting with the timely and reasonable cost estimate from Ryan. Ryan walked me through the entire house and helped me to better understand exactly what was needed. Every job that PPP worked on was completed professionally, on-time and exactly what the cost estimate stated. I would recommend PPP to friends, family and anyone looking for a reliable painting contractor.

Very professional and punctual. Cleaned up after himself and put everything away where he found it. He did not realize that it was an upper story, so I lent my extension ladder. He was very careful taking the ladder out and putting it away, including the bumper and a towel to protect the car.

They did a wonderful job. This is my second time using this company and I have been completely satisfied both times. I would like to note that I had different people come for the separate jobs and they both were professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt, friendly and good service. I've used them for two different jobs and would definitely use them again.

They left multiple unpainted areas like the bottom of the doors and bottom of the trim on the walls and nail pops/defects not repaired. It took 1.5 work days to 'finish.' Happy to see others had a great experience. But I won't rehire.

Ryan showed up on time and all the work was completed in two days. The results were excellent. He moved all the furniture pieces and put them back. He also did all the clean up. He even removed backing from a carpet that had stuck to my floor without me asking him to do it.

They were very professional and understanding when they needed to work around a family emergency that I had. Ken and Luis were great.

I would recommend giving them a call because they really work with the customer to do a perfect paint job and the guys are all really personable, too.

He did an excellent job, applying several coats in areas that required it in order to achieve a professional finish. Came back a second day to finish the final coat to allow the initial coats to dry.

Went well. Cutouts could have been closer to fixtures but were good enough.

We were quite satisfied with them. They did such a good job cleaning up that we ended up not having to clean a few things we thought we were going to have to.

What a pleasure to work with these folks. From Ryan and his quick and detailed estimate to Len who was the main guy during the working period, this company does a great job and outdid themselves in the work they completed. I had water issues on the ceiling in the family room, kitchen and in the upstairs hallway and you would never know it now. They painted the family room with the ceilings and trim included and the room now looks awesome. They repainted the kitchen ceiling and then also painted the hall and stairway and upstairs hall again including ceiling, trim and doors. They did all of this in a matter of 6 days. They even were able to get a plumber to come out for the leak in the family room within a day. I cannot say enough about this group and the great experience they game us with the remodel. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house.

Water had been getting into the wall for several years and gradually the plaster began to buckle and crumble. The paint was peeling or stained in an area about 5 x 10 ft. Andrew scraped the damaged area, spackled and plastered, smoothed everything, and applied an oil primer. The area was perfectly prepped for a painter who came a few days later to do other work for us, including this portion of the wall. The wall looks like new.

Ken and Josh showed up to do the job. We got along excellently from the start. They started with the dry wall in the family room and partially painted it the first day. It took a total of 11.5 days to paint the interior of our home. They told us almost everyday that if we saw anything in their work that we didn't like they'd fix it, which they did. They also recommended an electrician to come out and put all the wiring for my home entertainment system in the walls so they couldn't be seen and mounted my 60" TV on the wall above the entertainment system. He did a fantastic job! Ken and Josh kept up to date on where they were and what they were doing every day. They did some things I would have never thought of doing if I had painted the house myself. Both of them had wonderful senses of humors while maintaining a high professional standard. I've never worked with anyone who were such a pleasure to work with. They kept making recommendations for companies to call for other work I needed done. These guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs painting done. This company is first rate and hire first rate people. Remember the name, PATCH AND PAINT PROS!!! You'll be extremely satisfied with their work!
