Main Line Bat Guy

Problem fixed.

We're not sure if we're done (two down, perhaps another to go? unsure). But it went well and quickly - one squirrel removed about 8 hours after installation.

Raccoons have been seen crawling in the roof vent and heard inside the building. Their feces was abundant and fresh. However, they apparently move in and out of the building quite freely. This is a church; maybe the singing drove them out. After a week of nothing in the traps, MLBG sealed multiple entry/exit points and left the traps in place. Finally, they cleaned the accessible areas of the attic. While no critters were caught, the place is now sealed and cleaned.

We identifed the hallmarks of a bat on our outside deck. We call the Main Line Nat Guy who returned our call immediately though it wasnt an emergency. He came out right away and confirmed our suspician, We also decided the basement needed some mouseproofing and we wanted to exclude the groundhog from digging under our deck. Meticulous, professional and knows how to humanely control nuisance pets. He is on our list is we need again

We had been trying to catch them for months so when we saw them sitting on deck one night we called Brent at 9pm. He came out THAT Night and within 24 hours trapped and took away the intruders. His prices were very reasonable and Brent was great. He actually knows how to make calling noises to get them to come out from hiding. I had never used Brent before but if I ever have any issues I will definitely use them again and highly recommend for others. Thanks for your help Brent!

Came back each time until no sign of additional activities. Felt Brent was a honest guy and only did what was necessary. He gave us an exclusion quote but advised us it is best not to do it if we plan to change our roof anytime in the near future. Will definitely use his service again.
