 + -1 moreLeft the original part 4 weeks ago, never heard anything, I have to call every week. And you know that when they ask for your phone number over the phone, you know they are not writing it down. Unfortunately, they were the only ones who would do it. Granted, it's only a few bucks, they should just have declined to do it; than do it poorly.
Description of Work: I needed a spare part that needs to be manufactured in the factory.

 + 0 moreI thought the price was high and didn't like the no-return policy, so I didn't use them.
Description of Work: She would not let me purchase a light and return it if I didn't like it. I would've only been able to return the light for store credit, so I didn't purchase anything there.
