I have been using these guys for over 20 years. I have been happy with them for all that time. There are a lot of other companies I could go to but I have no reason to.

He promised empathetically that he would get me an estimate in a few days. But I have never received one. It concerns me that I spent that much time with him and nothing came of it. I wonder how responsive they would be once I signed their 3 year contract. Even if they do write me an estimate now, I don't think I would consider them. I'm disappointed, especially since I called this company based on Angie's List recommendations.
Description of Work: I spent more than an hour and a half of my busy work schedule meeting with the representative to get an estimate. I'm ready to install an alarm now, and told him I needed it for insurance purposes.

Very sorry to learn about your experience. In fact devastated. We pride ourselves on being humanistic in the management of our company. We have a sales person named Ed who a few years ago experienced a stroke. We became his emotional and financial support. He would often times become confused or forget things. I fear this might have been one that we let slip through the cracks. Actually we became his social net. We continued to pay him a salary and the health insurance for him and his wife. Without our support he would not be able to get health insurance nor would he have been able t get a job. I a, happy to report Ed is now on Medicare and will receive his first social security check in January. I do not normally look at Angie's list sorry if this is very late in reaching you.

Very responsive. They arrive promptly or call to notify if they are delayed. Very neat and tidy. They are willing to work through difficult situations to a satisfactory end.
Description of Work: After they installed the system, they have been monitoring the property annually. They have upgraded the system.

Sales person was very professional and not pushy. The installer was very proficient and clearly explained how to use the system. The company also provided me with a certificate for my homeowners insurance company. I was surprised at the professionalism especially since I did not pay an installation or equipment charge. A very good experience.
Description of Work: Installed a security system in my home. Protected my front door, rear door and installed a motion detector, siren and a sensor on my door lock to arm and disarm the system whenever I lock or unlock my door. Also included was a control panel and a telephone connection for the monitoring.
