The service before this had been well. Dan was suppose to show up and install the system and he never came to do the work.

Everything was great. The guy showed up on time and gave me a discount. I have nothing to complain about. They are knowledgable and fair in price.

I like their service. They are very good. They can even do the work remotely. I have had no issues. They provide a good service and do it in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable as well. I would recommend them.

My Dell computer had been overheating and shutting itself down, so I began researching repair technicians on Angie's List. CompuSolve had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. They did not disappoint. Technician named Oliver arrived on time and began diagnosis of my problem. My Dell had several components that were damaged by overheating. Oliver recommended a larger case to improve airflow and make room for additional cooling fans. Damaged components were replaced and installed in my new case. My system is now running cool, and faster than ever! Oliver was very knowledgeable and professional showing true concern for my needs. And the final price was excellent. I will definitely call CompuSolve in the future, and highly recommend them for computer repair/upgrade services. Thanks Oliver!

Went well, computer running like a clock again.

Since I had used Compusolve in the past, I called them yesterday evening about fixing an issue I had with my 2 computers. Most companies have limited office hours but the Compusolve people are there every day of the week to answer the phone and set up appointments... that in and of itself, is a great thing! They picked up after the 2nd ring, listened to my concerns and promptly set-up an appointment for one their techs (Ross) to come out the very next day (today). At the appointed time, I got a polite phone call saying that he was running a little late but he would be here within a 20 minute window... and he was! He listened to my problems and then proceeded to fix them... Ross was very efficient and professional; knew the intricacies of both the Windows computer as well as the Mac. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The experience was fantastic! The staff are very professional and thorough. When speaking to Oliver and discussing our needs, he was able to give us an approximate cost to all we needed. During that initial phonecall, he scheduled us for an appointment within 2 days time and actually apologized for not be able to make it for the following day! Dan, the tchnican, called us ahead of timethe day of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He had everything he needed to get the job done, and transferred everything from the old pc to the new one.We were up and running within an hour! We could not be more impressed with this company. It's a relief to know that we have such a good company that is there if and when we need them for support or future service. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.
