Bob responded immediately to my message, came as promised the following day, fixed both my front and back door locks, adapted them to both use the same key, and even realigned the back door to fix a sticking problem we've had for 20+ years! And then he charged very fairly. I'd definitely use this friendly and competent service again.

Description of Work: Changed locks on two entry doors. GREAT experience from the time I called their office to schedule appointment thru finished work. Scheduled appt. for a day or 2 after my call, showed up on time, educated me about features of one bolt lock that we were keeping, worked efficiently. He then fixed a door handle that a contractor had installed incorrectly--something they don't usually do. He took all the many pieces out & re-installed them correctly. No more problems w/ that handle & I wasn't charged for that extra work! I highly recommend them & will use again when needed.

Description of Work: Locksmith was responsive and showed up on time. He quickly realized that I had a broken bolt so he needed to take the door knob back to the shop but was confident they could fix it there, which they did and brought back a few days later. I could still lock the door and get in and out so it was not a total emergency. This guy was also very good with my obnoxious dog which is unusual for most of the workers that come to my house. Would highly recommend this locksmith.

Description of Work: Broken front door lock repaired. Older lock, hard to replace. Locksmith repaired the lock on site in about a half an hour. Nice guy, prompt, courteous.

Description of Work: The latch on my front door would not work. I thought I might be able to fix it so I took it apart. Of course I couldn't figure out how to put it back together so I called Bob. When he arrived I handed him fifty parts of an unassembled lock-set. He took a deep breath and managed to put all the parts back together in no time and fixed the original problem. Needless to say, his expertise with locks enabled him to accomplish this almost impossible task. I would recomment him in a heart beat.

Description of Work: Representative of the company came out when requested to change three locks on home I purchased in Manayunk. They were on time, courteous and did everything I asked them to do. Great job and I would use them again.
