This company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers get exactly what they want. They built us a beautiful sunroom, exactly as they described to us and they stood by the word of every one of their employees. Our previous screened in porch was in extreme disrepair. They gave us an original price, we signed the papers, and no finances in our contract changed after that signing. Upon the final inspection prior to starting the project, it was discovered that a support beam needed replacing. They did not come to us and amend the cost. They replaced the beam and began the project on time and with no added cost to us. They also helped us select a new front door, delivered it, and installed it efficiently. Their staff kept us informed every step of the way. I could not be happier with how the project turned out and recommend them to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you Betterliving for giving my family an amazing additional space to spend time together and such a phenomenal experience with all of your staff!
