Arader Tree Service

My neighbor has it in for me and hired Arader to butcher half of my tree. A real arborist wouldn't do this. Bad business.

Project was a large one and it was well organized, orchestrated and managed like a well-oiled machine. The crew was at our house for a day and half and got the job done quickly and well. We were very pleased with the outcome. Will def hire again. And we already have. Very pleased with their work. Professional. Punctual. Polite.

They we're removing trees at my neighbors, I mention that I had one I would like taken down. They came up as soon as they were finished and took care of it. The owner even stopped by while they were taking it down:-) I would highly recommend using Arader and plan on having them do more tree work for me!

Our property looked better than it has in more than 15 years! They got every weed, vine and dead branch, cleared all the Poison Ivy and Virginia Creeper right down to the roots. I had 4 companies out for estimates to remove two tall hemlocks and trim our neighbors tree that was on the roof of the house we just purchased. Based on first impressions, professionalism (1 other company was late, one was very rushed and the other was a no-show) and the fact that their quote was $500+ lower than the competitors, I went with Arader. Jay was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and I have and will continue to recommend him/Arader. Very pleased!!

They were very prompt and came right after the storm and were considerably cheaper, like $800.00 cheaper than other quotes. They did a great job and did just as I wanted them to and they met my expectations.

They have all necessary equipment, and competent workers. They provided protectors so no turf was ever damaged. They protected the auto and pedestrian traffic along with keeping everything under control. There were no interference to anyone's property, and left no residue.

Frank Herz of Arader Tree Service communicated often and promptly via email to coordinate our new tree installation around a facade renovation of our home. On the appointed day, he arrived 1/2 hour ahead of schedule with two helpers, removed the old tree and tree stump from the tree well and planted a BEAUTIFUL Kousa Dogwood he found for us - all in one hour! This was a textbook example of thorough planning and scheduling to minimize the work time and maximize the result. We are thrilled with the work and the new tree.

Arader's estimate was the lowest, and since they had good reviews, we decided to have them do the work. Three men did the job. One had to climb the tree and lower the heavy branches by rope so that they wouldn't fall in the wildflower meadow about 12 ft from the tree. The other two guided the branches to a good location where they wouldn't do damage. All three men cleared the yard, ground the wood, and filled the holes where heavy branches had gouged the grass. The next day Shawn stopped by with grass seed for those bare areas. They did a fantastic job!

Chris's timely, reasonable estimate and professional friendly manner was why I choose Arader Tree Service for the job. I was not disappointed with Eric and his crew. They were hardworking, knowledgable, efficient and personable. They completed the job with the same energy and organization from beginning to end. Chris was great. Very professional and provided a quote quickly. The 4 guys today who performed the work were awesome. Yard was cleaned nicely after they finished.

Got three estimates. Arader was recommended by two of my coworkers and was the cheapest. Joe Hayden came out to bid and within 48/hrs of request we had a quote on the work that turned out to be exact. Arader brought in a huge crew for the multi-day job and Joe was there most of the time to oversee. Used a bucket truck and boom crane to take out 100ft+ oak. Used free climbers to take down trees in forested area of back lot. Used a bobcat to drag debris to front lot and load onto logging truck. The operation was so big that all of my neighbors came out to watch. There was no damage to any structures, vehicles, or any trees that were not to be taken down. Crew was pleasant and worked efficiently. After completion they cleaned up their tread marks and damage to the yard and planted grass. I will use them again for tree work and landscaping. Highly recommend.

Bill O'Toole from Arader suggested that we reduce and lighten the ends of many of the limbs, install two thru rods in the main truck, and install four support cables in the upper canopy to help prevent main limb and trunk failure. In April, a crew of four arrived with a tall cherry picker. Over the next 7 hours, the crew chief removed and lightened many of the limbs, asking me frequently for suggestions. Then, instead of 4 cables, he ran 6 cables between heavier, stronger inner limbs and those extending out over the street or the house. He then started to drill through the trunck to drive in long, stabilizing rods. His drill frequently became stuck. After two hours of trying, he promised to return the next day with better drill bits. The end result was it took two more visits for the 2 holes to be drilled and the rods inserted. I was not charged for the additional cables run or the extra time it took for the rods to be inserted. The crews were careful, polite and clean. I would recommend Arader for their services. They are not tree cutter downers. They are tree savers. :)

He said they were very busy from the floods and trees down and he'd call me and quot;next weekand quot;- he never did. I called him the following week and left a message, he called me back on a Wednesday morning and said he'd be up that day around 12:30-1:00. We changed plans to accommodate. At 2:00 he was not here, I called. His administrative assistant called him and I was told he was still on the morning's job and did I want him to come later today when they finished. I stated I wanted a person who calls when they say they will call and come when they say they will call- he has none neither. He seems nice and maybe our experience is not his normal but I will be finding another person to do the work at this point.

We were very pleased with them and gave us the lowest bid. They also did a little extra work for us that we didn't have to pay for and they cleaned up very nicely after themselves. It was fascinating watching them work with their boom lift and they were extremely talented.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were very prompt in getting back to me when I contacted them. They gave me a very good estimate. They came out and did the work. They cleaned up. I would use them in the future.

They are very good and I have used them for many years now. They are the best. I have been happy with their services. I don't know if they are more expensive than anybody else or not because I don't even bother to get estimates anymore. I just go straight to them. They guarantee their work for years. I pay whatever they charge me. I am sure they have a set price, but I don't ask for it.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and I was left with no debris. They were probably not the cheapest but they did the best work for the price. We actually recommended them to our next-door neighbor and she used them.
