This company is an utter disgrace! They appraised my commercial property for 35% below it's actual worth. They blamed me for the incorrect appraisal saying I did not provide them with the necessary information. I offered to provide anything they wanted and they never asked! They did not even know what LEED certification was, and kept calling it Leeds. I had to pay for this atrocious appraisal because my bank chose this provider and I had no say. When the bank asked them to revise the appraisal to adjust for LEED certification, they did not respond. I contacted them directly and they said I had to ask the bank what was happening with the revision. I have now paid another $5000 for a company of my choosing to redo the appraisal. Meanwhile, necessary renovations have been pushed back 4 months due to the inaccurate appraisal. If I had the time, I would seriously consider suing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
