We were founded in 1996. We currently have seven employees we do a lot of subcontracting work we offer a variety of billing options we do financing we also do monthly payments up to 12 months zero interest
"It started out pretty good. But progressively got worse. The lower level cabinets were not level so the people who put in the countertop had to put a lot of shims in to make things work. Fuget’s Contracting workers did not show up on time. They would say 10am and show up close to 3pm. This happened more times than once. They have no respect for people’s time or their own. I stupidly paid them in full what i thought was the next to last day of work, and they never came back to finish the job. Plumbing is faulty and the sink leaks; Dishwasher is not put in properly; part of the back splash, unfinished. Drawer pulls put in upside down. I now have to hire someone else to finish the job."

Marra Brothers Contracting is a fast growing family owned company established in 2014. Two inspired brothers set out to transform homes in an efficient and affordable style. The Marra Brothers specialize in interior painting, exterior painting, deck building, and basement remodels.
"Avoid. We contracted Marra brothers to renovate our small master bath in November 2019. This would be the second bathroom we contracted them to renovate. We had no major issues with the first bathroom reno in 2019. Work on this bathroom project began in early January 2020. During this time we also contracted them to repaint numerous interior rooms, our railings, some carpentry work on our steps to add risers, and add a door to an office. During the bathroom remodel, in February there was a soft clog in the line and our basement partially flooded. Once cleanup was completed, we also contracted Marra to tear out and renovate our newly flooded basement. During this time from January to May we had numerous issues with sloppiness and general mess that was made, unreliability of workers, quality of work, all of which I addressed repeatedly as the issues arose. When they first sanded no plastic was put up, there are parts of my home where I’m still cleaning even though I was told they would, most of the paint on our railings and some walls has worn off, there are light fixtures and carpet that have paint on them, I requested numerous paint touch ups because areas were missed or painted around yet the touch ups look worse than before the touch up. But the proverbial straw here is what started happening in the bathroom in September 2020 (they “completed” the bathroom at the end of March). In September one of the tiles on the shower floor came out. I contacted Marra Bros and asked them to repair. He said sure. A week went by and no word so I asked again and they came out and used liquid nails or something similar to place the time back in place which of course came out with two days. The tiles have continued to pop out of the shower floor, at this point there are TEN tiles that have come out of the shower floor. The tiles on the bathroom floor have also come loose with cracked grout. I wasted, I mean spent tens of thousands of dollars for all of this work and had them in our home from January until May. The quality of the work depended largely on who showed up or didn’t. Overall they lack good planning and project management skills. Our bathroom tile looks horrible in some places largely because there was no plan and **** poor project management. I’m now working with another contractor so I can spend thousands more to repair the shoddy work Marra did in this bathroom. I will then spend more with a painter to redo their shoddy paint work. At which point I will still probably be cleaning dust from the original project. Find another contractor so you don’t end up like me having to pay a second contractor to fix the “work” that Marra Bros did in our home. I’m sick over the amount of money each time a tile comes lose."

Stucco is very challenging to DIY, so it’s always best to leave the work to professional stucco contractors. The same recommendation applies to painting a stucco house, which should be left in the reliable hands of a professional exterior painter. Inexperienced DIYers can make several critical mistakes during stucco application, such as:
Failing to apply sufficiently thick layers for longevity and water resistance
Uneven application
Uneven texture across the exterior
Mixing the stucco improperly, leaving a weak structure
Failing to texture properly in between coats, leading to cracking and chipping
In some cases, stucco siding will increase your home value. Stucco is an attractive siding option, meaning it maximizes your curb appeal. This exterior feature also comes with added benefits, such as being relatively easy and affordable to repair, making your home more energy-efficient, and making the exterior of your home fire-resistant. On average, you can expect a return on investment of around 70%.
Late fall is generally the best time of year for installing stucco siding. We don’t recommend hiring a stucco pro to apply this feature when the temperatures are below freezing, so it’s best to avoid applying stucco siding to your home during the winter. However, it’s safe to apply in hot and colder temperatures, so any other time of year is suitable. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Compare price quotes from at least three stucco contractors in your area to find the right pro for your task.
The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.
