Description of Work: I had a leak in roof and I called RMS CONTRACTORS. The owner, Rick, answered and I told him I was worried that my ceilings were going to be ruined because of the leak. He and another man, Bob, came over in less than an hour. They went up on the roof and came down and told me what the problem was. I said I was worried about the wall that fell over and was blocking my garage. They looked at it and told me it would need rebuilt. I needed chimney work and a portion of my roof replaced and a new wall. I could not afford all of these repairs. I asked Rick how much all of these repairs would amount to. He said the roof was a priority and would come to about $1500. The wall is a lot of work but he had stone left over from another job and some extra block that he could use as I only had $3500 in my budget. Rick made everything fit into my price range. He fixed my roof after it stopped raining and they worked until dark and came back early the next day and finished the roof. They poured concrete and built me a beautiful new wall. They took their time and were very respectful and friendly. After they were all done my neighbors commented on the work. One neighbor asked how much it cost me and he was shocked and said that it should have costed twice as much as he charged me. I am thrilled and will recommend RMS CONTRACTORS to everyone.
