The work that was done was concise and completed by a very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant man. Obviously, Dave has a good background on how to do his work. When he got to the job, he immediately knew what to do, and in no time at all had discovered the problem, completing it quickly. Thank you.

Had Dave out to work on my furnace yesterday and talked to Rich from RMS to get the ball rolling for my repair. I HIGHLY recommend them! Amazingly honest guys who do quality work. Having them come back out for my hot water tank in the very near future. Gillece recommended replacing my furnace and AC yesterday for $9,990. After I asked them to leave, I called Rich at RMS and had Dave come out. He fixed my issue in 3 hours for $600! Refreshingly honest service during a time when others try to take advantage of you. Cannot recommend RMS enough!

Work was done in a timely manner, clean up was impressive. Rich made himself available for questions and concerns. Will hire again for siding and completion of gutters.

We spent $2,275.00 to have our furnaces serviced; one of three chimneys cleaned of leaves a debris (vent for furnaces); 10 GFIs installed; rewiring in a ground floor bathroom; cement a small area at retaining walls; treat a small area of mold; and repair chimney flashing. The new GFI in the bathroom trips every time anything is plugged into it. Even a night light will trip it. A GFI on the main floor next to the bar sink is so recessed into the wall that it is not usable and the switch plate is dented at the top screw. A switch was left sitting on top of one furnace; the blower would not shut off and blew cold air into the addition; and the flashing is already coming away from the chimney. It cost $441 to have another contractor fix the furnaces and we will have to hire another electrician to fix the GFIs and someone else to repair the flashing. When I called Richard to describe what was happening ask to him to make it right, his response was "Why did you wait so long to call me?" I have heard nothing from him since so he clearly has no intention of rectifying anything. We feel ripped off. Perhaps he should stick to roofing. He seems to get good reviews on that type of project.

I needed a new central air unit and this was the first time I used Home Advisor. I hired RMS Contractors based on the reviews I read and I am very happy I chose them. Rich called me promptly and the new unit was installed by Dave within a couple days .I have to say that Dave is very knowledgeable, honest and very prompt. I got tired of my former contractor not showing up when he said he would and then theres Rich who calls right away and shows up. Dave was also courteous by calling me to remind me what time he would be here. I am very pleased and plan to hire RSM for more projects soon. Finding a reputable dependable contractor with reasonable prices is hard to find and I highly recommend Rich and his crew.

they did a Good job at first. But then, toward the end, they were being hurried and didn't finish well. they didn't paint the trim. Some on the trim is now cracking. All the caulking they did around the counter is coming apart and cracking. The microwave above the stove is still not working properly and it is brand new, to name some of the things. The owner has told me 3 times now since December that they were going to come back and fix all this stuff, but no one has come. And I am assuming, since I asked him when they were coming 3 weeks ago, that no one is coming.

Rick and his crew were outstanding. R M S came in with the lowest bid and did a fantastic job. I cannot express how thoroughly pleased I am with their work. I will recommend them to everyone. My sincere thanks to a job well done.

I woke up to my furnace not working. Someone came out within an hour, fixed the problem and explained what was happening to me. I appreciate the prompt service and fair price.
